OMG - It freaking works!!

Well, it’s open enrollment and of course you can’t use your 2015 account number to contact your *new* provider to ask questions until, well, 2015, which means you get hung up on by the automated system. I used this app to contact a couple of my new providers to ask questions and it actually worked.

Incredible waste of time

The connection works and then the company that you calling hangs up because the call is connected too late. i have used this several times, to date, I have not had a single successful attempt to call any company. This app has simply does do what it claims.

Internets making life less annoying

Not sure why all the one-star reviews complaining about a broken app but it's working great for me on my iPhone 6 w/ iOS 8.1.1. Anyway, this app feels like how the Internet & mobile apps should work—make my life easier with a really simple idea. No more arguing with voice recognition software programmed to keep you away from a human being. Huzzah!

So helpful!

I am so pleased this worked. I'd tried phoning Aeroplan three times this week and gave up in frustration after being on hold for half an hour each time. With this app, I was able to go about my day while it waited on hold for me and arranged a call back. It felt like a miracle. Thank you!

Haven't found a chance to use it yet, but very happy with the devs.

I was just messing around in the app out of boredom and accidentally crashed the app. I didn't think anything of it, but I then received a text from a developer saying that they had seen me crash and have already submitted a fix. I would highly recommend this app specifically because of the dedicated devs!

Can't get through

Amazing idea, exactly what I would have made of it was my first startup. But every time I try, it just goes from waiting to back to the main screen. There's no result page so I don't know if I missed the callback or there's a bug or the company refuses to use this service. And after about 10 failed attempts, MBNA removed themselves from the list. Noble app but perhaps the companies are not ready to have happy customers yet.

Haven't yet had a successful callback. iPhone hangs up after first ring. Also agree separate list of Cdn #'s would be helpfull.

Not too helpful for Canada

This is a really great app but doesn't offer much for Canadians. If there was a way to separate between region or country this app would be much better.
