  • The Best Groove Trainer

I'm addicted to this app. Never practice without it anymore and my sense of groove and timing has improved immensely. Very intuitive and quick to get a session going
  • Good but needs work

I really feel this app should fee until they iron out the bugs.. it wigs out when other sounds/msgs are generated by iOS and you have to restart it. Also, it ain't very intuitive.
  • My "Go To" Metronome

Since getting this app I find myself using it all the time--for songwriting, practising, recording prep. So simple (I use the tap feature all the time) yet so useful.
  • Favorite metronome

This has been a favorite of mine for a while.
  • A rhythm training metronome

As a basic metronome this is sharply designed with a very good range of sounds. It is also a sophisticated device for training rhythm skills with some unique features such as mutable beats and measures, random muting and the ability to vary the beat length from minims to semi-quavers, including dotted crotchets and single, triplet quavers. What's not to like? :)

  • Independence

While there are any number of metronomes on the App Store, the killer feature of this one is the customizable randomization of NOT playing every click, letting it act as a reminder instead of a crutch. Helps greatly in internalization of the best rather than relying on an external pulse.
  • Bang for your 2 bucks

Not the most intuitive interface but once you figure it out you'll have everything you'll ever need. Excellent for tougher sub divisions like 5s and 7s. Never buy another physical metronome!
  • As good as it gets.

This metronome application is unbeatable! The interface is extremely simple to use, but it provides a wide array of different tools. This app can be used for anything from a simple metronome, too a more complex time keeping tool to help develop deeper rhythmic concepts. I recommend this app to any musician who is interested in developing their sense of time further.

  • Best trainer for subdivision accuracy.

If you have always had trouble placing your inner subdivisions, this is the key. I was always getting the downbeats in time but my subdivisions were erratic. Not any more. Your brain is forced to fill in the missing gaps.

Totally worth it. The only thing I don't like is the tap function has too much latency for accurate tempo reads. I have to turn the volume completely off to tap a tempo accurately, then turn the volume back on.

This is still worth it. Absolutely the best for subdivision training.

  • If you could only have one metronome...

So many features and possible ways of using it with a simple interface. The new ability to save patterns is invaluable. The only metronome around you'll ever need.
