Updates
Every time there is an update something else drops out. Bluetooth is better, but now when I hit CPR the rhythm dumps out and won't come back. I have to reload the whole program. I love this sim, I teach ACLS & PALS every week, but with every update come 2 more problems. Very frustrating for the amount of money spent.

Cool App for teaching
I think this is a cool app for teaching. I took a star away because it doesn't react to proper or improper technique...ex shocking when not synced etc or wrong medication. I am unable to add my own films to the X-ray list. But over all an interesting app. I just wouldn't buy the Medications and if you have time I would make personalized scenarios.. Please fix the xray so i can put in other films. Thanks!

Awsome program!
Way better than hauling around a full-size defibrillator in EKG simulator. I love being able to preprogram simulations.

Way to go Dart Sim!!! We are back on track. I love using this app in my classes. In a matter of a day they have fixed the bug. Thank you for the quick response and quick fix.
EKG Failure
I have had this App for several years, & it has been great but now the EKG's aren't working for about 15 days. Come on people get a patch for your patch what are you waiting for?!?!
Major Fail
What happened to the ecg rhythms?! Everything worked fine before this update. After spending almost $100 on additional packages the app is now useless! Ridiculous!
Where is the Adenosine?
Really? Where is the Adenosine? and the Amiodarone? With all due respect, who's working on this app? Any medical background? Because how I'm gonna treat a SVT without those meds? Update asap! I just spent $12 on useless meds.
DO NOT BUY
This is a terrible tool for students. Do NOT BUY unless you are prepared to pay $$$. If you want any actual usable functionality out of this program get ready to buy in-app purchase after in-app purchase. The base version that you buy only lets you display some rhythms and defibrillate. Want to give a med? Pay up. Want to get an EKG? Another purchase. Want some scenarios? Most expensive purchase of all. Wish I had read previous reviews before buying - I want my money back!

Close but falls short
It has potential. But as is, it falls short. Lots of nice features. However, just is not really a real time simulator. Will work well for verbal training and didactic training with visuals. I actually talked to the developer on the phone, no changes have been made. Being from the US, capnography and ECG's do not run backwards!!!! Lucky if it connects to the remote. Has issues. I hope they get them fixed soon.

One in-app purchase after another
Very limited functionality unless you want to spend extra on one in-app purchase after another. I am disappointed that I bought the app without reading fully on the in-app purchase pricing.
