Scam

Four times, I got a flight booked and put my credit card thinking that I already had the tickets for my vacation, then got a phone call telling me that my trip was confirmed going in to my destination but the way back needed to be changed and it was always a lot of more money.
The last one was a guy who clearly spoke my language but his native accent was very strong, when I asked him his name he gave me an Spanish name, that’s when I confirmed that if he gave me a fake name I can’t trust those so call “agents”
I won’t do business through JETCOST and I already let all my friends and family to be careful with this company.

Site frauduleux !!!

Les prix écrit en $ CA ont été chargé en US sur ma carte de crédit donc plus 700$ de plus pour des billets !!!! Dénoncez svp ! Suivi pourri de Jet Cost qui dit ne pas être responsable de ses membres. 🤬

Scam!!

This app is a full scam. I went on it found a cheap flight mind u it was only 30 less than other 3rd party sites so i book. Then maybe like an hour after i get a call saying my booking is on hold. They claimed that the airline was overbooked on that flight. That if i wanted to upgrade or change i had to pay 600$ then they said that the price was 1,500 and she will cut me a deal n bring it to 1,200. Once o told her other where cheap and i didn’t understand why not just cancel or why confirm a flight that was overbooked they said that if i go book w the other site and gave them a confirmation number they would refund. Like the scam was crazy at this point.
