AIRFARE IS NOT STANDARD
I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. They do not include bags on the far OR offer the option to purchase a bag at the airport!!!! They also REQUIRE you to check in 3 hours prior to your flight or you may lose your ticket! They offered an “upgrade” to be able to purchase a bag and give me the ability to check in online for $194 PER TICKET (there and back). They inform you about cheap flight prices and what they do in the call is that they tell you that everything has already gone up in price and that if you cancel the flight they have to charge you a monetary penalty for doing it, in the end I agreed to buy the flight thank God they did not scammed me at all because what they did was that they charged me almost 100 dollars for doing something that I could do myself, but this happened to me only this time I hardly fall again, I do not recommend that you download it and use it, I have always traveled with Expedia and I have not had problems, to Expedia if I recommend them, unfortunately I made the bad decision to buy with Jetcost because of the temptation of the low prices and I paid for a flight that only out of necessity I would have done, in any case what is done, done is, simply never again with Jetcost.Show lessJoseph Rebel

I would not recommend this application for anything, it is just false advertising, I tried to book a flight with a price and date, they sent me an email with the supposed reservation, then an agent called me giving me other dates and other prices, nothing to do with what I had seen on the The website obviously did not accept anything because it was not what I was really looking for. A few days later I was surprised that they had charged my card for almost 3 thousand dollars. I called them to complain because they had taken a pagoda in the name of the airline. Alaska airlines and they simply said that they were not, I had to call my bank and report that transaction as fraud 'it is worth mentioning that there was this charge but I never received tickets' I did not expect them either since I never accepted what they offered, terrible service, they should investigate this type of pageShow lessLuisana Altuve

Be aware guys, this Apps shows cheaper fares offered by other third party companies which are most likely a scam. They will take Your money and call you back later saying that the fare has gone up and that fare has all the restrictions in the world … and you’ll have to add some extra amount of money to finally give you an airline confirmation number … so my advice is you google and review the company offering the deal before booking …

Do not download, do not buy, do not give any information. Lord knows what they use it for. They change prices, depart dates, arrival dates and then never confirm so you have to call and ask and then they’ll tell you about the “restrictions” which means no carry on- no personal item, and then after you agree to those they’ll say “the restrictions also include that your depart and arrival date can change to whatever we want it to” and I’m sitting here confused because then why would you send me an email CONFIRMING my date and time and price and passenger info for the flight I thought I was booking? When I mentioned that none of this was included on the email I was told “yes it is” and then finally had to cancel and tell my bank to not authorize any charges because it was so ridiculous.Show lessAspynL

I had a problem when trying to buy a ticket Bogotá to Orlando and it gave me a fee of 260 USD for the price of the flight, I proceeded to fill in the passenger data and make the payment and at that moment I received a call from a travel agent where he informed me that the ticket consisted of 110% more of the value given in Jetcost, that is, that it was at 568 usd, to which I canceled the purchase. Newbie
I downloaded this app less than a week ago and Im loving it. I don’t know if it’s the fact that I live in Puerto Rico and it is always threatening to think about traveling because of how much it can coat even going to the east coast of US, but the low price deals Ive seen in this app so far are jaw-dropping good!
I need to travel this summer for academic reasons and Im definitely staying tuned to this app for any deals

Scam
These companies try to scam! It’s not right! If a flight is selected and information is collected, how can this be? I even try to lock in prices for an additional fee and this happens every time. Same goes for hotels. Either they jump in price within seconds or they are sold out. It doesn’t just happen… it’s calculated and unethical. It’s such a waste of my time. I’ve searched for days and every time this happens. It’s a new search so why does the flight quadruple within seconds?Show lessMsAliss
To many bait and switch going on
Jetcost used to be a great site to get good deals, but now, there are too many companies/agencies that are posting false pricing. As soon as you try to purchase a flight, they will send you an email or try to call you stating that price is no longer available. Then they quote you something outrageous as if you’re dumb enough to get it. I have continued using Jetcost thinking maybe there’s some that are legit but, there are too many bad ones to sift through and it’s a waste of my time. I’m just gonna have to do away with Jetcost and that’s a shame because I really did like them.Show lessNYR2U
How to get away with scam 5 stars
I just purchased a flight then got called 5 min later saying the flight was booked and that I had been charged already, then he said he there’s another ticket on that flight but for 200$ more and I’d have to pay that. then I asked what would happen to my payment that I already made, he put me on a brief “hold” while he discussed with his supervisor, then said there’s nothing he could do about it but what he could do is get me on that flight for an extra 200$ ( which was the “price difference”) overall 5 stars for the website looking somewhat professional and real.
