Perfect, simple task list
I have used gTasks for years and have persistently found it to be the simplest and easiest to use of all task lists that I have tried — and I have tried many. It’s syncs extraordinarily easily with Google mail and I have never had a problem with being unable to obtain my information from this program. I highly recommend it.Show lessdocglj
Just what I wanted
Been using this for several weeks now to plan recurring weekly and monthly tasks, and helps me organize small projects quickly and easily. I feel much more in control of time when I can quickly open this up, set a reminder to come back to an email or car related thing, hit save and take it out of my “mind space”, way less stress now! Mind the trap!
I used quite a few to-do apps and I came to a conclusion that the best app is the one that satisfy my needs. I have used the 2Do for a while and it is of outstanding quality. I used to sync with toodledo as a simple cross devices and web.
I downloaded the lite app of this one. I did like the idea of google sync and adding emails to your to-do list. So I decided to upgrade. Although sound simple but it is a trap! When you press to “upgrade to pro” you are automatically promoted to a subscription rather than to upgrade as indicated! For me that is a cheap cheat for anyone who is willing to pay. You will only realise after you pay. Customer service non existent!
The app is simple and would work for sure according to your needs. I liked the outline presentation. However, It is over priced! Difficult to compare to 2Do!

Helpful organizing and task planning
This app is very helpful for organizing the steps to a task by using the subtask feature - so many levels! My Christmas list, shopping lists, steps to household projects, location reminders for running errands... Everything fits!
I have 2 wishes to make it better:
1. Ability to add photos to a task!!! 2. Calendar option that posts the task at the time I designate so I can plan when each task will be accomplished.Show lessMamaZjanin
Fantastic app but a bit pricey
It astounds me that no one else has developed an app that comes close to this effectiveness with such simplicity. Perfect balance. Please have more sales though because the price for the full version app is a bit high especially in this day when developers disappear and when the next IOS update happens your app is gone. Handy app
App works well and syncs with Google tasks flawlessly. Sub-tasks are a handy feature, as well as the ability to create repeating tasks. Fantastic!Thunderdaks

Great app
I used a different tasks list but was forced to change when it was no longer updated, turned out to be a good thing since this one is easy to use and very stable. No syncing issues such as those mentioned in other reviews. The free version is quite limited but enough to let you decide whether it works for you before buying.Show lessMadAuntie
Does practically everything I want
This App does everything I want, accept one minor thing is when I swipe left on my iPhone to see widgets, I would like the gTasks widget to show ALL tasks, not just the tasks that are due today or overdue. Is there a way to do that?
