Great community and content, poor app
I’ve paid the yearly subscription, can use the site just fine. The app keeps prompting to follow an activation link in a validation email, which never comes. No, it’s not in the spam folder, it just never comes. So silly… why even ask for it if I’ve already bought a yearly subscription?!GlebKhol

Very helpful for finding RV parking in Europe. Otherwise it can be very hard to find places to park when things are small and crowded.bruotsy

Lots of issues and glitches with this app functioning. I also had purchased the monthly pass for a plus account but the app was having a lot of issues with not working (screen freezing, not displaying features/locations, etc) and got to the point where it was not functioning at all (nothing was showing up on the screen) so I deleted the app in hopes that restarting it would help, but that made problems worse. The problem remained AND my username was no longer associated with the purchased account.Show lessWesKnowsBest

The interface has great potential, but there are some big deficiencies. First off, the way geographical locations are listed for the USA and Canada are not user friendly. USA locations list just the town/city name and zip code, the state is not given. This can be confusing when there are multiple towns and cities with the same name. Locations in Canada are similar, most are listed with just the town/city name and postal code without the province.
Secondly, the process of adding a new camping site is cumbersome, with too many questions that don’t apply to a lot of locations. Also, the categories for campgrounds are a bit confusing.Show lessBDM 1961

The app is great, but it stopped working for some reason. It now thinks I don’t have Internet and without Internet is pretty much unusable especially because right now I don’t have to paid version. Please fix asap. Closing and opening the app didn’t help.
Edit: Found out that in the phone settings the app was on deactivated cellphone internet. No idea how that happened, but no it works again.Show lessJan Trautwein

I've been using this app for over a year to travel throughout Europe, all the way from Spain to Estonia. It is incredibly useful and well worth the yearly fee. What makes it so useful is that so many people take the time to review parking spots. These reviews include details that allow you to get a quick sense of the place including photos, and how recently the review was made. And it's not only places to park for lunch or recreation or spend the night but also things like laundromat, shower and waste disposal locations. It's really wonderful how many people have taken the time to write all these reviews and how responsive the app team is. I have communicated with them several times for help and they always respond quickly in detail. They seem to take great effort to moderate content and keep up-to-date on changing situations, such as when a site is no longer to be used because of local complaints. You honestly get the sense that all are cooperating together to make an incredibly useful database. And on top of all that they are all sorts of features which allow you to filter and see where stops are along your trip, etc. The only thing I wish they would include is away to export your personal reviews. I believe if they did that people would make even higher quality reviews because they know for sure they can preserve their workShow lessdiscerning learner

Useful app, but it is constantly crashing (I’m on iOS 16.6.1) which makes it less useful. It would be helpful to have more curation of camp/parking spots rather than relying on only user-generated reviews/info which can be totally unreliable.freemandan99

another app that thinks only about money and not about just being kind and helping others. I have a place for everyone for free parking for the overnight, I add place, they asked me to sign documents, then they eventually deleted it and said that it was only for a fee! it's stupidSlavikBelov

This app is worth having while camping. However it’s not working for me in Morocco, while my French friend app is fully working in Morocco! I wrote and hopefully will have a response. American campers.satkins93
