Why show ads on the paid pro version

The app is good but it is annoying that after you pay for the pro version you cannot see the details because of the ads shown.

If you have the PRO version you're not suppose to see any ads anymore. Are you sure your PRO account is activated ? Are you log in ? You can sent us an email if the problem remains : contact@park4night.com. Our support team will help you.

The one star reviews are bogus

This is a very handy app. The only downside is that it depends on user submissions so coverage isn’t universal. Get on it, folks, and submit more spots!

Brilliant app

Usually don't bother writing reviews, but this app deserves it. As an app, sure it could use some updates and ux/ui fixes, but as a service it's unmatched for utility. If you're camping or in a motorhome, this is a must have.

Brilliant app

Used this app every day on 2 week trip around NL, Poland, Hungary, CZ, Austria and Germany and it was invaluable especially in Vienna where our original destination was closed. The app is not rich in graphics but it works great especially once you’ve worked out what the symbols mean and how to disable the irrelevant ones (menu>my settings>types). It’s so useful that I paid the fee for the pro version which I didn’t really need. Merci.

Beware if using the app on more than one device

I love the info and reviews, but the app does not make it clear that if you use the app on more than one device, the sites you save are not synchronised unless you upload to the cloud every time you have saved some sites. And then you have to remember to download them the other device. And your partner’s devices...
What that means is that many of the sites I have supposedly “saved” have been lost.
I’ve concluded that I can’t rely on this app to save info about the places we’ve visited and loved, or that we fancy visiting in future.
Excuse me, I have to go and research the possible
Overnight stops for our trip (starting tomorrow) all over again.

Hi alex, to be able to add favorites also offline synchronisation is not based directly on cloud but first stored in internal memories. Regards, Frédéric

Amazing for traveling

This app made our RV trip in Spain totally fool proof. We went for 3 weeks and because of the app we never looked long for a spot to spend the night or empty/fill the RV. We were able to discover many sites and we slept at the top of mountains, next to castles and windmills. Would not have been the same without the app ! People put up pics and reviews so it’s really easy to make your choice.

The app does not pay attention to the units setting or language setting of the device (both are easy to do in programming). The settings page in the app allows for selection of language but not units.

The comments I found in the few Northeast US locations are in French. Useful for French Canadians, I’m sure.

Overall, found this app unsuitable for my needs.

Hi, You can change language in "My settings" However descriptions of places added by users are not always available in English. Also since newests versions of the app you can change metric in the "My settings". Regards, Frédéric
