Claim Issue
Trying to report a claim and the app freezes after every entry. When I finally get to the upload photos section, the app closes out when you select Library. How dumb are your app developers??Real_Vertius
Totally useless
I got into an accident and need to file a claim. The minute I I put the damaged area in thr car, it freezes and won’t let you continue. If you are going to navigate people to the app, make sure the app actually works.Guesshoo
no way to view policy documents?
pretty much a road to nowhere. I downloaded the app in order to view policy documents, and you apparently cannot do that. Their mobile site also does not appear to let you view documents. So there’s really no way to get out your stuff without a computer. Pretty bad this day and age.Klebel19
Horrible Interface
They make it impossible to do anything on the app. Everything seems out of sync and messy. And the footnotes have all these things but no way to go about them, like the ebill for example. They show you a video and then tell you to contact themHmoughal
No Payment History
