App never works
I’ve been able to sign in and pay a bill maybe 4x per year. You always get a message “A system error has occurred” when you try to log in and I have to end up paying my bill on the website. I’m finally deleting this app because it’s been years of this.KLD615

What good is an app if you aren’t able to access any information. Filed a claim 12 hours ago and it doesn’t even appear. The website is the America Online of websites.Hersey10
Useless
Can’t even sign in. Looks like they did all the work designing an interface but forgot the most important part, that it actually works. Guess I’ll continue to mail in a paper check each month instead. Get with the times safety insurance. Good app, but missing policy info
The app is good, but it's missing the policy (coverage) info. Can't look up actual coverage inside the app.

The app will not remember user name. Why haven't you Incorporated the use of Touch ID.
