Love this app
First time I used this app it was to manage a company training session with participants from all over the country. I made a form that included check in steps, hotel accommodations, food preferences and many other items. I was able to take a picture of each participant when the registered and a signature field they could sign to verify their attendance. It was so helpful.

Very Good
The upgrade has arrived, the math function makes this App so very useful. I use this to track purchases and sales, The ability to design your own form for me is brilliant, now having the ability to include maths makes this even more useful. The company has great back up, their last upgrade didn't work, I emailed them and received a reply within hours, their fix arrived in a matter of days. Highly recommended. Now all we need is more versatility in printing. I personally would like the ability to print just part of the form in other words selected fields, like an address label. Please.Show lessDJTP26875

No Relations
There are no relational fields, so you have to manually enter data for the same thing or person in other forms. At this time there is no calculation field. If you want multiple things calculated, you will have to calculate them yourself and put it in a text/numerical box. I like the form layout, but the functionality of this app is not very useful for me. I need an app that will bring data from other tables for multiple forms.
If you are wanting this for invoicing, you will have to enter the same customer information again instead of using a master list or relating back to the same customer info from a previous invoice. I don't think $10 is worth this app at this version.Show lessMallen07
It's good but could very easily be great
As other suggestions the printed form needs to be better, allowing the ability to make the boxes smaller to fit a small font would be also work, and allow you to put much more on one form.
For the notes and signature boxes to work properly these need to enlarge once selected then once signature is accepted and locked it reduces back to the selected form size, to have a signature box that currently works on the form it needs to take up most of the page.
A link to the contact page would save repeated data filling, and better still the option of keeping some data on the form for repeated use, ( ie a periodic report were the customer and equipment details stay on the form and only new information needs inputting.
Finally to put the cream on the cake, linked to the Calendar for return visit reports, follow ons etc.
I WOULD HAPPILY PAY £40 if this could be done.
Good job hope the up dates come soon, ps if the app worked on my Mac it would be much easier to create the forms on a larger screen with proper keyboard

Amazing App
I am a Referee-in-Chief for a minor hockey association in Canada, and this app has been simply amazing. Create your own customized forms which can be sent to other devices so the form is "standard" and everyone is using the same form. It can be locked so people cannot make changes to the form itself, but only to fill in the necessary fields.

Form connect has revolutionised my client interview process, instead of pads of paper and forms that I then I have to type up, everything is in one place and I can email a completed for instantly.
I just wish there was a calculation field so I could actually perform invoice calculations in situ.
Still a couple of small bugs but more than happy to work around them for now. Updates seem to be regular so I guess they will be fixed I time. then it will be 5 starsShow lessDigital Photo Magic
