  • Sick

    You should be embarrassed to turn out such awful applications. Takes over iPhone and eliminates everything good and convenient that the phone otherwise offers. On top of that, constantly crashes and reduces productivity. Horrible!
  • Works fine on iOS 11

    Performs better on newer generation devices and latest OS.
  • It doesn’t work

    I am having problem similar to Coastie5554. The app allowed me to securely access work email and calendar for a week or two, then told me it had to “reauthorize” my mail app (Secure Mail). However, it won’t reauthorize, keeps cycling back to same login screen, doesn’t recognize my PIN, or just does nothing. Several others in my organization have the same problem, so the issue was escalated up the IT chain. We were told it was resolved and if necessary to delete and reinstall from the App Store. After having done that three times today I can report it still will not let me sign in. A big waste of time.

  • Terrible

    Possibly one of the most clunky user “unfriendly” apps I have ever seen.

    Similar to a review posted on here by a previous user, if I didn’t have to use this for work, I would have stopped using it a long time ago - why everything has to sit in a multitude of different apps that require multiple logins and a reinstall at least once every 2 months I will never know. another piece of software that if it doesn’t get its act together will soon be on the scrap heap.

  • Many Kinds of BROKEN

    An exciting new way to despise your work email!

    I cannot believe that Citrix has the nerve to release this app and call it "enterprise-grade". There are hundreds of email apps available that reliably handle email; this isn't one of them. Every update seems to introduce another bug or issue. Half the email I get from my IM department details how to fix the latest Worx Home bug. Meanwhile, Gmail humbly serves millions of users and has been rock-solid for a decade. Shameful.

    Breaks copy/paste: in a misguided effort to be secure, the app breaks the ability to copy content and export or paste elsewhere. Enjoy the workaround of forwarded the email to your personal email address, receiving it in another email program, then copy/pasting as required. Welcome to 2003!

    iOS 11 UPDATE: A new, different kind of broken: after using Worx Home, VPN setting gets stuck "connecting". Is it actually doing anything? Is it using up battery? Who knows!?!

  • Not good at all

    It is extremely annoying to use it. Every week or other week take about 45 min to one hour of my time to reinstall it and install updates.
    I do not know why are we obliged to use this nonsense

    Spend have the time trying to get the app to work. Total waste.
  • Absolutely terrible application

    We are requiring to use this application due to security issues. But the app is so poorly designed and usually doesn’t work. I can start name one problem by another but it’s going to take forever. Only reinstallation sometimes fix the problems.
