Exceptional App.
Since the change and look of the app it is mainly the same as before. It is a lot more responsive and the crashing has been fixed.
I recommend for just that extra peace of mind to compliment VPN and Antivirus apps.

Safe and sound
I have tried the trial period and received information that my ssn may be in use by someone that has a similar name. It’s not my last name but very close to my mom’s. I called the number given to talk to an agent. All in all I am getting initiated and the agent informed me about everything going on with my identity and everything important to me. The app is exactly as it ought to be. The protection and abundance of information you get back is impressive. The turn around to get an answer re: my claim is 24 to 48 hours. Not bad. They take care of everything. And advised me how to report this to the credit bureaus. Overall, this app is easy to navigate and if you’re looking for protection and security for your phone try this one out. ✌🏻

1st class life saver
This app tells me everything I need to know when my phone and pad are protected a very useful weapon to have . Protects, blocks and warns. Along with ongoing information. Well done:—)))software update to if the network I am on is safe. Thank you for looking out for me
Stick to basic
I’ve subscribed to the full version for a year but I didn’t believe it to be value for the money. My McAfee antivirus does much of what this app does and my iCloud account with “FindMy” can locate all my hardware. Having a backup device locator is always a good idea and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Lookout life (WATTA SCAM)
Downloaded AND PAID FOR FULL VERSION…contacted the so called “support” advising them that iOS operating system on mobile was flagging up warning that my data was no longer “encrypted” and I was open to malicious activity…Immediately switched LOOKOUT off & contacted them….I GOT NO HELP WHATSOEVER UNLESS I REACTIVATED AND PROVED WITH SCREENSHOT THE NOTIFICATION FROM APPLE…. I decided I would not leave myself open to attack & “took it on chin”….Today however I decided…Why should I throw away an almost £20 (new user rebate) as they charge a LOT more on renewal…& decided to switch all on again….DESPITE 4 ATTEMPTS AFTER LOGGING INTO ACCOUNT AND NOW 3 REINSTALLING AND UNINSTALLING IT SAYS EVERYTHING WORKING FINE WHILST IT WILL NOT INSTALL THE VPN!!!! SO ONCE MORE I HAVE BEEN LIED TO AS WELL AS BEING RIPPED OFF…I DEMAND BOTH APPLE AND LOOKOUT GET ACT TOGETHER IMMEDIATELY AS I DELETED BOTH NORD WHO ARE THE BEST AND ANOTHER BACK UP VPN IN CASE THERE WAS A CLASH??

System update alerts fail
Been like this for a long time over a year. My iPhone doesn’t get an alert when the system needs updating. It used to before it became Life now it’s just like I’m not sure the app is doing anything and I have premium. I’m on all the right versions using later model phones and shouldn’t be worrying if my security app is doing anything. Tried the help desk before didn’t get anywhere for long my phones started getting alerts then stopped again. I’m ready to cancel the subscription and move on. Used to be a great app. Anyone have a similar issue?

FREE?? How?
So I was going to install this bc I now live in an apartment complex where the guy above me is a creep. He messes with my (non-password protected) Bluetooth speaker, ie. he interrupts the connection between it & my phone. Someone (not 100% sure it’s him) has been stealing my wifi — I’ve had to file a complaint with the FCC. So I wanted to try an app simply to scan & clean my phone of viruses & potential malware, spyware, etc. That’s all I wanted. So everywhere this says it’s a “free” app. I found it online under FREE apps. Everyone here says it’s a wonderful FREE app. Best FREE app they’ve ever used for peace of mind — so how is it that when I go thru the sign-up process it will not let me move passed the 14-day Free Trial & then annual $60 per year option? I don’t get why everyone is saying it’s a free app when what I’m seeing is only paid subscriptions with the cheapest being a $2.99/mo option? I wanted to use this one as it has more than 100K in reviews alone. So I can’t imagine how many people are actually using this app. It got my attention anyway. But I’m sorry to say that is just too much frustration to start with from the get-go. I’ll be deleting the app & going back to Avast as it does daily scans that ARE actually free.

Screwed up
Since the recent update this app has completely screwed up I cannot get into my account needs an uegent fix. Since my last review the app seems to be running great at the moment, no problems.
Great app but could be improved!
I really like the app and what it aims to do. It obviously wants to educate and make people aware of the potential threats that exists.
It does unfortunately not accept Australian numbers or driver licences. I feel like if it’s sold in Australian than it should be tailored for our market as well as others. There was no mention of it just being an US based app. Overall great but could be better!
