Constant crashing in iOS 13
Has always been a staple of remote support, but needs fixing on iOS 13 - constantly crashes before a session can be opened.
Buggy
Once in a while it works as advertised. But more often than not it just crashes. Usually it crashes right after log in, but sometimes it waits and lets me jump on a screen (making me think I have succeeded) only to crash then. Very poor marks for a supposed professional product! 80% of my troubleshooting is done from my iPhone and my company is making me give up my VNC for this garbage? Not happy!

IOS 13
It keeps crashing after I log in. Ever since I did the update on the iPhone to IOS 13.
Issue still unresolved
Keeps throwing out of the app after login. Please fix!
iOS 13
This doesn’t work well with iOS 13. Makes support from an iPhone useless. Application crashes.
Credentials injection doesn’t work
Tapping on the credential injection icon (the key icon) just blows you out of the app. Cannot logon without this working.
IOS and SAML
App doesn’t work on IOS with SAML sign-in through O365.
Works about 10% of the time
It keeps disconnecting and I can't even see the remote screen most of the time. Don't waste your time on this app. It will just end up frustrating you.
Great but 1.5 years later it should support iPhone X’s full screen
This app is helpful, but it’s a little alarming that a year and a half after the iPhone X was released, this app still does t support it’s screen. Come on bomgar, even my local grocery store has their app updated.......
Update will crash you app
May 10th 2016 iOS update made the app completely unusable. You can't see the top of the remote screen, have to click an inch or so to the left of what you want to click, and it sometimes right clicks when you left click. Was working just fine prior to updating. UPDATE: this problem has been fixed in the current version. Cursor is a white dot which is very hard to see on "i" devices. Would be better if it was an arrow as it is on a PC.
