Infrequent updates not keeping with the times
This app is not updating frequently enough to keep with how the desktop versions work. Support for iPad Pro Keyboard/Trackpad is extremely buggy. Credential injection/vault does not work reliably. This app is in sore need of updating. Your desktop product is fantastic, but the iOS/iPadOS app appears to be forgotten. This is a crucial tool for our on-call techs.

Way too buggy
Out of 20 attempts it either crashed on login, crashed while trying to connect to a client, or if I did connect I was unable to even see the customer’s desktop. So pretty useless right now. Hopefully they’ll work on it... eventually.
Works great
I’ve been using Bomgar for years now but never really had a need for the app. Recently started using it and it works great with no issues for me.
Can’t even open the app
The app immediately crashes after opening. Ridiculous.
Please add mouse/trackpad support
This would be amazing to use if you added support for a mouse and Apple Magic Keyboard trackpad.

Does what it says! Easy setup and login. Was able to remotely connect easily to my personal jump clients.
Terrible app lets the overall proposition down

The app is terrible. Competitor products are miles better. And cheaper.
It’s not well setup for iPad, it feels very basic. Smart Keyboards don’t work properly with the app.
It crashes regularly trying to login, as it does if you do login when starting a session (other reviewers also noticed this)
Essentially this app isn’t very well loved. Doesn’t get many updates. Is very primitive. It isn’t reliable. It’s pretty useless.
If you want to see what can be done on iPad and iPhone try something like Splashtop Business. While beyondtrust/bomgar is great on PC and Mac, the mobile client is really weak by comparison and should be far better given this is a premium offering for remote support needs.

Worthless
Constantly crashes. Can’t even get connected to a machine. The fact that the app hasn’t been updated in two years shows how much dedication they have.
IOS 13 ISSUES
Application continuously closes when attempting to view jump clients in ios 13.
Garbage crashing
Keeps crashing after logging in. I’m getting rid of Bomgar and their BS. Going to use another product
