SAML sign in no longer works
Has always been a good product/app. SAML always worked great with no issues and I was able to connect up and support people on the go if needed. Latest update has UI changes that I’m not sure what to think of, but the SAML sign in no longer works… it just gives me a green check mark and takes me back to the sign in screen… so I haven’t been able to get in to access my resources, so I couldn’t tell you if the other UI changes are an improvement or not, but since I can no longer sign in, this is now useless to me. After further investigation it looks like it has logged in, but it is stuck with the sign in screen being displayed, I can drag the screen down and see the new controls at the top but I can’t select anything because as soon as I let go of the sign in screen it pops back into place. If I have another connection going on my pc it does sign me off the pc and any open sessions seem to pop over to the mobile device, it just is inaccessible because the stupid sign in screen is still stuck in place. Anyhow, if someone could fix the sign in screen I’m the UI that would be much appreciated.

Remote in doesn’t work after update

The main point of this app is to remotely log in and screen share to troubleshoot a problem. This app is basically useless with the new update. If I could rate it less I would. They then said it could take months to fix, what a joke.

After the most recent update, I login successfully via SAML, but can’t get past the login screen. Please fix.
This App Was Great Before Updating
I don’t know what you did but the pointer barely works now. It used to be point and click and now it doesn’t do basic functions like minimizing a window. Not sure what you did but undo it…
New update broke it
Cannot remote in. Just says start screen sharing but doesn’t respond. Seeing the update history it may be a long time before it’s fixed.
It was bad, but now it’s unusable
After the update, cannot login with SAML. Does not redirect after logging in and getting the checkmark.
This app needs to be updated
I use this program often and it works great on a PC. In a pinch it is a life saver on a phone or tablet, but it lacks basic modern updates. The mouse is terrible, just try using an external mouse with an ipad and you will see what I mean. This app is not set up with background app refresh and it needs to be. If I am multitasking my connections just drop….. Unacceptable!!!!! Fix it!
Look at Microsoft RDP client app!!!! They did a great job with that app!!!
