  • Poor services for a high price

    I would not recommend this bank!
    For such a big bank (in the Netherlands) its services and app functionality is poor.
    There are far better and more reliable banks out there!

  • Please stop changing formats and layouts!

    It might be pleasing and satisfying for you to make it look “better”, but the changes are disorienting and almost never an improvement

    It’s very easy and users friendly to transfer funds.

    Would be nice if there were a way to send a Tikkie in the app as with ING. Unfortunately, those of us without Dutch/Belgian/German numbers are locked out of this ubiquitous payment method.

    Hello, We as ABN Amro developed the Tikkie app. You can use Tikkie directly via the Tikkie app or indirect via your account. Go to your payment account select a transaction and go to actions: Tikkie. Bas
  • Good app with 1 major opportunity

    Been using for several years. Good app. Simple to use and the English version is greatly appreciated. I wish there was a budget option that would automatically categorize and chart expenses (groceries, clothing, taxes, insurance, énergie, ATM withdrawals etc...) and allow for user to label (and save) expenses that are harder to categorize. Would make monthly budgeting easier.

    It shows that my version is outdated, which is totally ridiculous as it was just updated yesterday

  • Where is Grip?

    You promise to integrate Grip to this application, where is it now?
    If you don't have the ability to integrate, why turn down individual Grip app in hurry?

I understand that you are disappointed that the grip app has stopped That is why we are adding the most important functions from Grip to the ABN AMRO app, in steps. The first 'Predictions' function is now available to all customers in the ABN AMRO app. The function 'Fixed charges and subscriptions' will become available in March. For further developments within the app, I advise you to keep an eye on the updates. ^Jeremy
  • No notifications and weak user experience

    1. You can’t set a notification for when a direct debit is announced or for when your balance changes every online banking have this feature.
    2. It is hard to find a transaction as you have to go through many steps to just do a simple filter on transactions.
