Swift and fast transactions with the appI couldn’t open a bank account via the app
I couldn't open a bank account via the app. After I scanned my passport and took selfie, it shows "something went wrong" error.
I've tried to open an account from different phones and systems in different days and received the same error.

The app is fine, but I hate needing my phone whenever I have to make a payment or transfer on my desktop, and I hate that I can’t use my debit card to purchase things online unless it’s a Dutch website set up with iDeal. I also hate that I am charged .5% to deposit cash into my bank account. I don’t think I like anything about this bank.Show lessDeveloper Response
Good afternoon, Sorry to read that you're not satisfied with the service we provide as a bank. As for a transfer using your desktop. If you don't want to use your mobile device, you can still use the e.dentifier along with your debit card. Perhaps we can check other possibilities with you, to prevent the charges you refer to. Ridiculously complex and sometimes Dutch. Which is worseNotifications don’t work
In iOS 14 there’s no way to turn on notifications. When I hit “enable “ it takes me to a settings screen for ABNAMRO but there’s no notification option. In notifications there’s no ABNAMRO option.

Hi Jens, can you delete and reinstall the app? Once you get the request if you want push notifications and choose yes, this should work properly for you. ^EilisKeeps reporting and error

Dear app team,
I obviously like the app for years.
Today the last update really annoyed me: why would you need to increase the vertical spacing between accounts?? We now have all that white space in between and it make that the bottom accounts aren’t visible anymore unless scrolling! Can you use the same spacing in the accounts view as in the “self service “ which is much better.
If you want to tweak this, at least make it a setting like “compact mode” in Gmail to keep the compact vs extended view.
