  • Useless. Just crashes 100% of the time

    This latest update killed the app. I open it, enter my pin, and it crashes. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is now useless to me. Please fix it! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    Can this please be added. I used to be able to use Touch ID why not Face ID? All my other banking apps are supporting it

    Had to change this review from 1 star to 4 stars because of Jeremy's excellent customer service. Immediate response to my concern, I was super amazed! One bit of feedback to developers: if the app is under construction, please have a banner that displays it is under construction so customers don't think there are issues with the app or they think they are doing something wrong.

    I waited until the next day after they were done with app maintenance and updates, and all is working just fine. Thank you!

    Needs a lot of work. I can't log in using my Touch ID, I can't log in using my 5 digit identifier, I can't see my accounts because it won't let me "add" my accounts since my checking and savings account don't show up in the menu that allows you to choose which accounts to have on your main page. I try to click to other options and the app gives me an error message. Tried to download the app again and I'm still experiencing the same issues. Not convenient at all

  • Terrible interface

    Tried to sign into the app but it would not take my log in. Now it refuses to go forward or back and sign up. I closed the app but it goes back to the same screen. Very frustrating. A bank this size should have developed an easy to use interface app. Had to delete the app to start all over.

    Great work by the developers. Lots of updates and everything works smoothly.
  • Bug infested

    Illogical set-up for transfers between accounts, task list that keeps showing pending tasks when there are none and no one from the bank can solve it, and incessant reminders to rate this app. There, happy now Abn-Amro? Next time I tell you what I really think.
