Works for me
I have read a few of the reviews that said the latest version of this app doesn't register putts. I risked it anyway, and went to pick up a cradle so I could give this app a shot. When I first set it up, it seemed as though all the negative reviews I read were true…then I turned off the music on my iPhone, and it's working just fine.
Having said all of that, it's nice to have another diagnostic tool at my disposal to help improve my game. Will this improve my game? I think so. It certainly can't hurt my game.Show lessJosephJ.

Really good app to help with putting consistency. Found out I had a strong to slight arc when I thought it was more a straight swing. I just used a couple of elastic bands to attach the iPod to the putter shafttrent the high school super star

I have had the app on both an iPod Touch 4th Gen and now my iPhone 5 and the app works great. Some times if I impact the golf ball too low on the face or with too soft of a putting stroke it may miss a putt, but it records 99% of all putts I take with either device. I have a lot of friends that have the app on an iPhone 4S and it works great for all of them. For those that are having issues try to recalibrate your device and it should solve any issues you may have.Show lessTrailNutz

cumbersome to use
didn't like the way it fit my iPhone. found it was cumbersome to use, it would need some more history stored to be of real benefit.CRGurl

This App makes excellent use of the phone's technology. It's a great way to find a putter that really fits you as opposed to whatever looks or feels good at the moment. You don't have to buy a Ping putter to use it. Just examine its Ping recommendation and go with the shaft length, lie angle, amount of offset and where the shaft enters the clubhead and buy the brand of your choice. It's also extremely useful for practicing to improve getting the clubhead back to square at impact on a more consistent basis.Show lessWFCXYZ
