I downloaded and followed every instruction. Went to Ping App support and still doesn't work. Their solution - send me a video. I expect these apps to be debugged before they are released. Waiting for my refund.Dtanner46

Great information be useful tool for improving
I love this app! The putting information is invaluable especially for a PGA Professional like me. My students are putting better already and the data reinforces what we work on. Knowledge is power! Please bring back the finer details (height/wrist to floor/style) for putter fittings.
I don't use the full swing data, but players must understand that this info is for motivation and guidance. No device on your wrist will be as accurate as 3D body tracking and launch monitor data.Show lessMatt Rura
Having trouble
I was excited by the prospect of this app and the Apple Watch. It was touted with the introduction of Apple Watch, but the app wasn't available for a while. I had previously purchased the iPhone cradle for putting practice and enjoyed it, but the watch app is troublesome. It freezes in middle of pratice and was hard to restart. I tried using it to play golf, but the response time was too slow, it often hung up, and it drained the watch battery before the round ended. Now I can't get it to work at all. It says if I purchased the full version, start the Ping app on iPhone and wait for the acknowledgement. No such acknowledgement occurs for the app that I paid for on this expensive watch.Show lesskikbuti
Needs Attention
Got the app and bought the Workout add on because I have an Apple Watch and wanted to see how my swing measured up. As it stands now the watch capture only about 1 in every 3 to 4 attempts. More often than not the watch semi-freezes after a swing and won't ready itself for another attempt. It may or may not capture another several swings later. I can find no way to force the watch to reset for another swing, the sparse documentation is not helpful. Overall I'm pretty disappointed.Show lessParHawk

Nicely done Ping, swing practice tempo worked great w all clubs all on my iwatch! Had to reinstall a couple of times due to payment for all features but that's all right!Korotro
Incredible
I taped it to my putter to see if it would work before buying the holder. I was verry impressed. It told me i had a strong arcing stroke but i didnt believe it. Tried the holder on all my putters, it always said Strong Arc. I had always missed putts by half a ball width and was three and four putting. Well i trusted it and bought a Ping Anser putter made for a strong arc. I am now sinking amazing putts. Down to lots of one putts and rest two putts. It is magic. I swear i cannot thank Ping enough for saving my game and bringing fun into the game instead of moan after moan, green after green. Excellent.Show lessNeedsFunny

Works great
After reading other reviews I downloaded the app first to see if it would work before buying the holder. The App did not work at first, I had to re calibrate it after the first time and it started working like a charm and sometimes when you first start I hit the sound button to wake it up. I contacted ping on the app not working and they said its not a common problem so just mess around with the settings and re calibrate. it does work awesome I love the info! If ping is reading this it would be awesome to incorporate what color dot putter you need off the info, take that to a fitter to double check, and sometimes not every ball that gets hit registers.Show lessSriner18
