Forget this app - I used the app and web at the same time and the web search on Argus app came in much cheaper for the same car - I just don’t see why !

When you type pickup location , noting comes out, totally dead app.

App doesn’t work. When you try and access your booking the screen goes white. Waste of time.

App crashes when trying to view bookings
The app keeps crashing out and closing when tapping the bookings button, please fix! 🙏🙏
Useless app
This app is useless and wasted my time as I tried to book in November and December and the same faulty happened again. The prices are different from the website and when I contacted the customer service and I asked after getting no answer about the problem in this application “ do you mean that I need to use the website only as the application is useless?” He answered “yes sir”.

Can’t find booking
Downloaded app after I had made a booking online via desktop computer. Went into ‘find booking’ and entered details but just got spinning circle and app never responded either with booking or with error message. Not impressed ☹️
Broken
Downloaded it to have my bookings on my phone. The app can’t retrieve them, and more users have reported this, but seems the developers still haven’t fixed this. If they can’t get basic functionality like this right, it makes you wonder what else they might get wrong.
Bad experience
I used the app one time, and it was the last time. Read before you accept there terms it’s tricky
