  • Better than a personal trainer

I looked into getting a personal trainer however where I live it is a very expensive area and personal trainers are $100 an hour. I found this app and was really happy because I get to make over a dozen different workouts which I rotate so that I don’t work out the same muscle groups every day but I feel like I get a great work out because I can target my work out to specific muscle groups. It is totally worth the money to pay for this app as I am not having to pay personal trainer and I don’t need someone else to motivate me .

  • Great but....

I been using the app for few years now and i must say, that’s a wonderful app for training or just to learn about every muscle in your body and what they do.
But I’m disappointed with the lack of apple health support and more recently the slowness.
I think this app can use some graphics and speed improvements along with the Health support.

  • Awesome for workout!

I’ve been looking for an app like this for so long. A friend of mine recommended it to me, and I don’t regret at all have spend my money on this. I go to the gym every day and I’ve found this app very helpful, bc is not only very complete exercise wise, also bc it allows you to customize your own routines and stretches.
If you’re a gym addict like me, you’ll love it! If you’re not, doesn’t matter you’ll still enjoy it!
    Highly recommended 👌🏼

  • Personal trainer on the go.

This is a very very good, detail, muscle training app. The pictures are crystal clear. The app shows all the strength training exercise possible with each muscle groups. I really enjoy using this app. It shows me how to work the muscles I don’t even know I have. This is an app for seriously minded fitness inspired people. Thank you for making this app accessible, free and worth the time

  • Helps with physical therapy

I have had back, neck and shoulder issues and had to go to the chiropractor 2X’s a week as well as get physical therapy and take home exercises for 4 months. A lot of the exercises given to me were exactly what I found when looking and targeting the areas with this app.
It was perfect for doing homework assignments because I knew which exercises to do from the therapist and found this app to be exactly on point. I found the video action helpful compared to a 2d photo trying to remember movements. I can mark favorites and create routines and keep track. It also shows adjacent muscles and exercises to complement therapy. Very helpful and worth the money. Especially if one cannot continue visits to the doctor for whatever reason.

  • Best app for workouts

Easy way to find muscles and find exactly what workouts you can do to hit them hard. I hope they update the interface in the future, because going back and forth between tabs is sometimes buggy.
  • Love it!!!

Where was this 15 years ago when my back went out???!!!?!?? It wasn't invented yet. And I'm so glad it has been now. Knowing what muscles are involved with my back and what exercises AS WELL AS stretches to do for them. Fabulous!! Simply fabulous and oh so appreciated.
  • A trainer in your pocket

This is my go to app when I'm working out alone. It's like having a trainer in your pocket. You can use the preset workouts or customize your own workout. You can also input the amount of weight and reps you're doing so you can track your progress. Dope app.
  • Amazing app

I bought this app years ago and still use it often. It's very intricate. If your new to lifting weights or a veteran you can get a lot of use out of this app! I recommend it to anyone that goes to the gym or works out at home! 👍🏻👍🏻
  • 👍

I like that it's easy to use and has the feature of adding the amount of repetitions onto a selected muscle workout. Unlike other apps that typically include a workout based on whether you want tone or cardio. This app lets you customize to suit your needs, however specific. I've also concluded this to be a great app for practicing anatomy while drawling. Learning how the muscles connect which is a bonus for me ;)
