Basically lost Line
Your update automatically made my phone unable to use Line anymore without any notice. Please make the version 15 acceptable asap. Thank you

This company has the worst tech support on the planet, I created an account which has to be verified through my Apple ID and it would not finalize my account creation. After re-downloading the app I tried agains where I get a repeated message that my ID is blocked. After contacting Line I was informed I violated their policies without even using their app and my ticket was closed. This is by far one of the worst experiences using any technology; I can only hope that this company goes bankrupt before somebody buys them out; a company this backwards does not deserve to win. If any communication company is interested in buying Line, wait until they’re only their last breathe and save your money.

Can’t sign up after deleting my old account
I think I had probably created an account years ago because I don’t remember anything about my Line account. So, when i tried to use Line again because I made some new Japanese friends, I decided to delete my account in case it’s associated with my old phone number etc., and then sign up with a new account with my current info. But, after deleting it, when I try to sign up again I keep getting the error “Verification is temporarily blocked. Please try again later.” It’s been like this for a week now. I suspect they just blocked my iOS account, but I don’t know for what reason, as I barely used Line and I didn’t even chat with anyone there.

Useless support and terrible transfer protocols
By far the most useless support I’ve ever encountered in any app. You attach an email to an account that you can’t recover data from. Support doesn’t read details. If you ever have a phone that doesn’t work and you need to use a new phone, kiss your account goodbye

As title, it is the worse social media app you can find online. Killing features that people uses, poor message synchronization, backup, restore, you name it.
Less Secure than WeChat. DO NOT USE. Fraud is Rampant. Full of Pornography. Would Rather Use WeChat
The security features of this app are AWFUL. Additionally, the “Voom” feed is just full of sexually explicit videos that young children can access when not in the presence of adults.
If you register a phone number, it is impossible to change it or remove it if you leave Taiwan, Japan, Thailand area. Therefore, if someone takes over your phone number in the future, they will have access to all your contacts, and you will be blocked from your own LINE account!!!! And the app customer service refuses to remove your old number if you request it. Therefore, you are left waiting for a future fraudulent user taking over your own accounts with full access to your contacts!

At least when the mainland government looks at WeChat activity they allow you to remove and change your number. LINE WATCHES your activity and happily allows other people to ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.I truly believe that Apple should ban this app or impose a rule that the app should be able to allow users to remove their phone number or change it when they move abroad because this feature is an immense fraudulent scam.

Don’t go there it’s worst management and app u know most used for Thai and all Thai hookers and plus fake accounts so when u don’t pay money for sex show they will report to line and if u discover fake and he’s a man he report u to line and what line management do they block ur account not them they don’t ask u I even email them proof by email twice one she was money for sex show and I sent them fake account and I show them all our chatting and how badly he talk to me but line blocked my app not them , stay away worst app on earth bad management dirty
