Great app but need some Enhancements.
Great app for navigating at the conferences. However, the app should allow to select specific calendars in Outlook. Events would add to my personal Google calendar instead of work calendar. Even though,work calendar is the default. In addition, it would be nice to show the event on a map.Mgtaka
Invaluable App for maximum experience but lacks key functionality
Hard to think I’d ever go back to hard copy agenda. Features need to have same experience as web version. Toggling between two app versions is not fun.KmWheat
Needs improvement
There are no maps of the conference area.
The app doesn’t handle increased text size for accessibility. One example, the filters screen only shows the first letter of any item in a list if text size has been increased.
Navigation is difficult. Took me a while to find the WiFi information.
Filters cannot be easily turned off temporarily, you have to reset the filters and start over to reapply them.
There is not a way to bookmark pages in presentation slides, nor “open in” another application.Show lessX2rider87
Sorting information is impossible
The app should help facilitate networking between people and firms. Providing an attendee list that cannot be sorted by company or city/state is not helpful.Gary245Pats

Very useful but some bad design concepts
The design issue most disruptive to my use is that it continually repositions me to the next-up sessions. But often, I am planning for later in the day or the following day. With the forced repositioning, I am always losing my focus.New user skf
Taken out of sessions
I keep being unregistered with no notice from sessions that were previously on my agenda. Very frustrating.fugjfhgtjj
Poor performance but it’s not like there’s an alternative
Live stream on event keeps freezing and half the time won’t start. Ironic coming from an analyst firm that touts their role in digital transformation.Julian Dunn
Great functionality, inconsistent performance
A must-have for attending a Gartner event, no doubt.
Performance and UI complaints:
- it just freezes sometimes. My other apps don’t do this. I’m guessing that it’s during a sync or information retrieval. When it freezes I can’t scroll, select, etc.
- it tries to be too smart on some screens, such as auto-scrolling to “now”, etc. Problem is that it doesn’t always do so promptly, resulting in missed or inaccurate selections.
- the ease of de-selecting agenda items also means that it’s easy to miss and hit the wrong one. When looking at “my agenda” it would be preferable to either require confirmation or entering edit mode to remove.
Since there are no alternative apps I know that I’m shouting down a well. Between sessions today there’s not much else to do.Show lessmr clarence the frog
Prioritize my list
I was extremely disappointed in the usability of this app. At a minimum, the ability to prioritize and rank multiple talks that occur at the same time would make the discovery and selection of talks more effective.Asddff
