E card
Tried to use this app but got this message: invalid member ID or resident of an area where Providence e card is not supported. Has this been addressed?
Broken
Broken since iOS 10. What's the point of it doesn't work?
Disappointing
In 2014 we were able to show our ID cards on our iPhone. 2015 & now 2016 will not display. We get this after we hit the login

DOA on iOS 9
This app used to work great but I cannot see the health cards since going to iOS 9. Completely useless now. Come on Providence, get with the program!!! iOS 9 beta version were available months before it was released!!
App not working
I just got an iPhone with IOS 9. The app won't display the cards and its missing on of my children. If fixed, would be a great app to have. As of now, worthless.
Smart & convenient app, and...
I just want to add that both Providence Health Plan and Providence Hospitals are super well-run, and both also have big hearts. Patients come first That's a rare thing in today's frenetically profit-driven health care landscape, so thank you!
An additional feature to consider might be a GPS location map of (in-network) Providence immediate care clinics, which require a significantly lower copay than going to a randomly-chosen urgent care clinic when a visit is needed. I believe this would be useful for patients, and it is not difficult to implement using Google Maps API.

What an awesome app!
This is a great way to make it so that I don't have to carry around the insurance cards for my whole family. What a good idea!
