Oregon ONE Mobile is an official State of Oregon app. You can securely mange and take steps to apply for public medical, food, cash and child care. You don’t always have to call, go into an office or find a desktop computer. You can do a lot from your smartphone. Try it out. Available in English and Spanish. • See if your case or application is approved, denied, pending, closed and what actions you need to take. • See and download notices that were mailed to you • Check out your next renewal/periodic report due date, for SNAP, CASH, ERDC, and Medical Assistance. • Get important, time-sensitive alerts and notifications about your benefits. • Take pictures of supporting documents and attach them to get benefits. • Manage your ONE Online account email and password • Find a guided tour of the app, FAQs, and referrals for additional resources. You must have an existing ONE Online account. No costs except for data rates.

  • Can’t log in

    It allows me to type my username and password but when I click “submit” nothing happens. Installed the app because the website wouldn’t even let me type a username or password in the text boxes. Have been using the website for years and it’s always appeared to be designed to deliberately make it difficult to impossible for people to access benefits. No surprise, this app is garbage too! Thanks for the love, Oregon.

  • Benefits Application Process Made Easy!

    FINALLY, we are getting caught up with the times as far as the benefits enrollment process goes. This app is SO helpful, and user friendly! I was able to apply, update, and upload necessary documents directly to the application. At one point I was having a phone interview for SNAP benefits and was able to take a photo from my iPhone of my ID and additional documents all while remaining in the line! The agent was able to let me know my first photo was too small/blurry and I was able to retake and make sure everything needed was received. I was approved right then. No waiting. Additionally, I love the inbox feature in the app! This feature gives you copies of documents you also get via USPS. So not waiting a week or more on updates via mail. If other information is needed from you, you know right away and can get it sent over! You can also save documents received which also comes in handy if you need proof of benefits for other assistance options (discounted utilities, internet, passes). I also applied for health benefits seamlessly via this app and uploaded all required documentation using this app! This phone app is awesome and makes a sometimes tedious process much more efficient and easier for people and families in need of important resources in a timely manner! I have yet to run into any issues using this app! 100% recommended!

  • Not working

    The app isnt workng. Ive tried yesterday and today. Ive tried to reach a web developer to get help but just get sent to a general web site. I tried to report a problem but the program is too vague to know if my report was submitted.

    I dont know if anyone can use this review to help me but if its possible, id appreciate it. I have an up to date iphone 11. Thank you.
