Limited usefulness

Not really very useful. It just refers you back to the Oregon one site. Aside from checking messages the app isn’t really good for much.

Ent

I made my account on here and it says that I have health insurance, but nowhere in this app. Can I find where I can apply for food stamp?

Email address and app

I do not have another email address and are not making another email address the one I use is provided. It also says this email will not be used without permission so it doesn’t matter anyway! And when you’re entering the information it’s common sense to be able to see the whole page and not have to keep scrolling up and down in half an inch spot. The button to go to the next page, you can only see the top half of it. Really? Perfect your app before using it! As I stated before an email address is already provided.

That is this

I can’t even make an account. I have been trying for at least a mom now.

every three months???

i’m sorry but i cannot keep track of a new, long, complicated password every three months. somehow no other govt app needs this but you. here’s a thought: use whatever security and/or system social security uses. it’s worked for me for 15 years. you’re welcome.

either that, or fix the app to work with apples password app to generate new ones for me and save them automatically. that isn’t happening, and having me do it is absurd. i’m not a cybersecurity person, i’m a disabled user with (among other things) dyslexias. it’s a nightmare for me to try to do this.

I cannot login online

I cannot login online, It will not allow me to put in my login information. The App says my account has been disabled from disuse. What is going on?

Can’t log in

It allows me to type my username and password but when I click “submit” nothing happens. Installed the app because the website wouldn’t even let me type a username or password in the text boxes. Have been using the website for years and it’s always appeared to be designed to deliberately make it difficult to impossible for people to access benefits. No surprise, this app is garbage too! Thanks for the love, Oregon.

Benefits Application Process Made Easy!

FINALLY, we are getting caught up with the times as far as the benefits enrollment process goes. This app is SO helpful, and user friendly! I was able to apply, update, and upload necessary documents directly to the application. At one point I was having a phone interview for SNAP benefits and was able to take a photo from my iPhone of my ID and additional documents all while remaining in the line! The agent was able to let me know my first photo was too small/blurry and I was able to retake and make sure everything needed was received. I was approved right then. No waiting. Additionally, I love the inbox feature in the app! This feature gives you copies of documents you also get via USPS. So not waiting a week or more on updates via mail. If other information is needed from you, you know right away and can get it sent over! You can also save documents received which also comes in handy if you need proof of benefits for other assistance options (discounted utilities, internet, passes). I also applied for health benefits seamlessly via this app and uploaded all required documentation using this app! This phone app is awesome and makes a sometimes tedious process much more efficient and easier for people and families in need of important resources in a timely manner! I have yet to run into any issues using this app! 100% recommended!

The best way to apply is online at https://one.oregon.gov or visit your local office. The app does not support applying for new benefits, but we love ideas like that. BROKEN

why does apple approve apps that are broken?!?

i feel that if i’m unable to submit my report using the app provided for that, the report should be skipped.

this is absurd. is there some special reason the state or oregon provides broken apps to its citizens?

we got no notice as a fire raged thru our town. we get this….thing for the poor to report mandatory changes (complete with partisan bullsbit too, “sex given at birth” or whatever, and we all know why that’s been inserted).

so in huge bold print i’m told all sorts of insulting penalties for this and that. what is the stage governments penalty for wasting taxpayer money on things that don’t work?

toss this crap, hire someone who’s competent, and start over. better yet, just make an account for everyone that uses disability or ebt or retirement and send us the login. jeez, oregon. this is pathetic.

devs, can you or can you not fix this?

APPLE APP STORE why are you approving broken apps?!?
