  • The app is extremely buggy and crashes

The course itself is really good. They offer live instructors every day through office hours and it is very intuitive to use. However the app is extremely buggy. I click to open a lesson and it crashes. I try to access old office hours and it crashes. I click the message board and it freezes for like 5 minutes. If you take the course on a computer it works great. But if you are trying to do a daily drill on your free time or work somewhere without a computer you will likely crash out of the app.

  • Works in theory, not practice

There are tons of great features on this app including daily drills, 85 practice tests, access to discussion forums, and (occasional) step-by-step directions on how to solve a problem.
My problem isn’t with what the app has to offer, the app’s great. The instructors explained things so poorly that I had to go to free forums and other test prep websites to get a decent explanation. I understand that the instructors went to Harvard but I didn’t and need some things dumbed down for me if I am to understand them.
Others seemed to have a different experience and that’s great. I’m happy it worked out for them. All I’m saying is that you should test out the other options before you jump all in and commit to this one.

  • THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED

First off all of the recent reviews of LSATMax are 1 star should that should be your first sign! Second, It is ridiculous that in a global pandemic this company will not issue refunds on UNUSED tutoring hours. I bought three hours of private tutoring and was unable to utilize ANY of them before my test date due to certain events and when I inquired about a refund I was told under no circumstance would they give me my money back. In a time where people are picking lint out of their pockets, I think it is disgusting that this company would STEAL $300 of hard-earned money when A SERVICE WASN'T EVEN RENDERED. How can LSATMax maintain the belief that they care about their customers and that they are the #1 LSAT prep company on the market but WILL REFUSE to offer a refund when I purchased a service that I can not and will not be able to use because I have already taken my LSAT. I am not in the business of giving FREE money when there are people in desperate need right now. If other LSAT prep companies offer refunds then why isn't LSATMax? I will be sure to let others know to seek other prep companies just in case unforeseeable events happen down the line and they need to be accommodated for such.

  • Do not waste your money

First off, i never review things. Im wasting 1200 dollars after being pushed for days with messages telling me that i needed to buy this course. I was promised many things that they simply dont offer. when a question is wrong, there is no explaination. for 1200 dollars you only get 3 hours of private tutoring. their app and website is a joke. i 100 percent regret my purchase. please do not waste your money. After the predatory and annoying texts end when they get your money they will completley ignore you and offer no help. It is really sad that they are getting people to waste so much money by lying about what the course offers. Respond to my messages, please.

  • PREDATORY SPAM

I downloaded this app well over A YEAR AGO. I keep receiving annoying spam phone calls (and used to get text messages but not so much lately) despite blocking the number every time I receive a call from them. The first time it ever happened I knew it wasn’t legit because the guy asked for info that did not pertain to SAT at all. I told whoever called me the fourth time to LEAVE ME ALONE, quit calling. Just received another call today after about 2 months. Keep in mind I deleted this app the same week I downloaded because I just wanted it to cram for the SAT. This is ridiculous, DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They will never leave you alone.

  • Best software and tutor

I started with a 146 before using this program. I have already improved my score by over 20 points by watching the lessons and office hours as well as taking advantage of their library of prep tests and amazing tutors. I have been tutoring with Ravi for a couple months and I would highly recommend him. He is so personable, provides study plans, and tips and strategies on how to best improve on the most difficult question types for you. They also provide payment plans and the software itself is very affordable. Recommend to anyone studying for the lsat.

  • Thanks LSATMax and Ravi

LSATMax has been incredibly helpful in my law school journey. I started with a diagnostic test score in the low 150’s and raised it to the high 160’s. The flexible program helped a lot with my logical reasoning and logic games, as they went from my worst sections to my strongest.

I would also be remiss if I did not mention all the help I received from my tutor, Ravi. He’s an absolute pro with the LSAT and can readily break down even the most confusing question into its most basic form. His experience studying for the LSAT also gave him the ability to help me come up with a detailed study plan to help me break through the score ceiling I seemed to hit about halfway through my studies. Finally, his relaxed personality and patience made him really easy to work (even when I struggled with sufficient and necessary early on). I definitely would not have been able to raise my score by 16 point without Ravi’s help.

  • Great resource, awesome tutor

I’ve been using LSAT Max for a few months now, and the most impactful, helpful aspect of this test prep company is the private tutoring offered. I work with Ravi Reddy who is not only an expert for everything LSAT, but he personalizes tutoring sessions based on my own progress and needs. He goes above and beyond by sending me additional resources outside of our tutoring sessions, and explains concepts/terms in a way that is easy to understand. He also uses great analogies! Highly recommend signing up for sessions with Ravi.

  • ASK FOR BRETT!!!!!!

First of all, private tutoring is very dependent on who you tutor is but I was very very happy with the tutoring I received from Brett!

I started my LSAT journey with a 152 baseline score. I self studied up to a 162 before I started plateauing and I ended up buying 2 hours of private tutoring. With the private tutoring I had access to all the office hours and LSAT Max resources PLUS an incredibly helpful tutor.

Honestly LSAT Max is only really designed if you have an iPad and I struggled with its website version, but the tutoring with Brett made the financial investment and glitchy tech systems worth it!!!

ASK FOR BRETT YALL! My lsat is two weeks away and I’m scoring above a 170 which is more than 10 points above where I was at when I started with him.

  • Pushy contact

I downloaded the app based on a recommendation from a friend. I was excited to get started with the app and use the service. I downloaded the app and planned on using it however over the past 24 hours I’ve received over 8 different forms of contact from the company regarding this product. They sent me texts and emails pushing their products on me. Within one hour I received two emails and two text messages asking me to call them and talk to them.

I understand they are a service helping me but good lord can you calm down with the advertisement and messages. I had to delete the app and block the number just to get them to stop contacting me.
