  • Awful

    Can’t even use this app anymore. It’s useless, every time I get on it, it says your session has expired. Waste of time
  • The old update was much better

    face id never works. Ever. 1/10 times maybe.
  • Bad app

    The app used to be great, but now it is awful. It crashes every time I login, so I always have to log in twice. The FaceID does not work, I have to set it up again every couple of days. I can no longer deposit a check, or see my eStatements. Customer service was not too helpful
  • Bad Update

    It gives me a “network error” notification constantly. Often times when I log in, it will bring me to a screen immediately after that says “session expired”. And now I have been unable to access the deposit the check feature- whenever I click it on, it’s just a white screen. There are just way way to many bugs with this thing

  • The worst banking app period.

    Absolutely awful. Error after error after error and so on.
    Makes me want to switch banks.
    App won’t allow me to transfer $ between accounts at the moment... same bs yesterday. Just an error screen.
    Literally the worst. Bank elsewhere!

    Used so many banking app, this is one of the most basic app I have ever seen and it asks for security question and answer for every login lol!!! For developers if u don’t know how to create an app give the project to 3rd party have u ever heard about too much security frustrate the customers and leave?

  • Denied Access

    This app is not user friendly.
    Every time I use the app I have to enter my password and then answer two of my secret questions.
    Every time I use the app I am denied access the first two tries and then allowed access the third time.
  • Can’t view account history

    My ledger only shows one screen worth of activity...not happy with this “upgrade”... for example it only lets me see transactions back to. 7/22/2020.
  • Bill pay

    The older version was much easier to navigate. Bill pay does show the “pay button” as it is off the screen to the side.

    Terrible.
