You should now be able to deposit checks in the app. The 30 day delay is related to preventing fraud, as scammers will often try to deposit fake checks to new accounts. We hope you noticed the new "Manage My Cards" feature that allows you to block your card, set limits, and more. We'd love to see you raise your rating as you use the app more! Bad Update
Update, I was given instructions on how to enroll in the fingerprint/faceid feature. I enrolled but it doesn’t use Face ID. It just allows you to open the app without a password. I put my phone on the desk not facing me at all, opened the app, and it logged right in without any recognition. I mean it’s better than typing in my password every time but it’s not very secure. Hopefully I don’t leave my phone around unlocked.

Hi MoraisJR - Glad to here that you were able to enable Face ID. We've tested it here on multiple devices and found that the Face ID authentication does not allow access to the app without the face being scanned. Could you reach out to our Customer Contact Center at 800.578.4270 and ask to speak to the mobile Project Manager so we can assist with the issue? Thanks for banking at UniBank!

Hi Laurie - We're sorry to hear you are disappointed with the update. FaceID is available - go into Service Center > Manage Fingerprint/FaceID. We've noted your comment on multiple accounts, but are curious about the "screen shake" issue - can you call the Customer Contact Center at 800.578.4270 to provide more info? We're hopeful you are enjoying the other enhancements - we have a new debit card management function coming shortly too! Thanks!

Anony: Thanks for taking the time to comment, but we're sorry to hear what we missed your expectations. Have you tried the Service Center > Theme Switcher? It gives another view that you might prefer. And we have the new "Manage My Cards" function that lets you block your debit card, set limits and more. Thanks again!
