New Update ruined the app
The new update completely ruined the app. So many bugs, sometimes it’s impossible to even view my account, and the new set up is just clunky and not user friendly. Disappointed.loellteetime
Bad upgrade
The “upgraded” app is more like a downgrade in my opinion, and it’s not user friendly. My biggest complaint is that the majority of my major payees in Bill Pay were lost with this “upgrade”.Leezelbeezel

New Update is a Step Back
This newest update to Unibank’s mobile app is so disappointing. Their last version was incredibly easy to navigate and was very responsive. However, this revamped version seems to be as if they took the browser and shrunk it to an app - similar to something you’d see when the iPhone was first created. It’s too bad, I love UniBank but this update has me seriously disappointed. I hope it gets fixed.Show lessBilly F4

I have been a customer of UniBank for 20 years and am seriously considering moving my accounts because of its poor APP performance. I don’t see how it’s possible, but every update to its APP is a downgrade in the user experience and efficiency. I really like the modern look of the new app. The home screen is very easy to navigate! It has all of the same functions as the old app, with an updated layout.cutesanity

Needs screen rotation
I just download the app onto my iPhone 11.
The navigation is simple and easy to use. It has all of the pertinent content that I would expect to see.
12/29/19 update.
As I was using the app today I was looking at an account and clicked on transactions. At the top of the page was a scan of the actual check. By tapping on the check it opened up a new full page of the check. But once that screen opened there was no way to exit from it. The only way I could get out of it was to close the app entirely. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.
My only disappointment is the fact that it does not support screen rotation. I am forced to look at all of the information in portrait. This can be especially challenging when you’re looking at statement information. Being able to allow landscape rotation would make viewing the statement much easier and would avoid a lot of the pinching and expanding on the screen.
If it had rotation I would give it 5 stars.Show lessdw699
