One of the things that makes or breaks an app is being able to get a response when there's a problem (customer service). No company is without problems so it's not the problems that kill an enterprise but how they treat the consumer. In every situation gettaxi took care of my concern and responded with courtesy, respect and in a reasonable response time. I can only speak of Jerusalem but if it can with here then it can certainly work anywhere. Even the drivers expound their pleasure with working with the company. This says it all.

Far more reliable than Uber
Booked it the night before for a ride to London Bridge Train station and taxi was there before the arranged time. Driver was very kind and sweet. Got to my destination ahead of time. Would highly recommend for those times when you don't have the time or worry of Uber cancelling while you are waiting for them to arrive.

Be careful, you can get scammed
I arrived in Ben Gurion airport Tuesday 03/09/24 I saw one of the `Gett taxiβ billboards, was planning on taking the train to Jerusalem but it was 1am and it wasnβt running anymore, so I ordered a taxi with the Gett app, it gave me a number and I followed the directions of the people that guide you to your cab, this is where the scam starts when I got into the cab the driver started driving and told me the price would be 450 shekel , which 200 shekel over the designated fare price, when I tried to contact customer support but it doesnβt work in the app and I would say itβs intentional, so be warned and if you want to use the Gett make sure you ask clarify with the driver before getting in the taxi.

Basic app, no Apple Pay, bad support
This app has no ability to order a higher-end taxi vs a cheaper variant - you may get a Mercedes and may get a garbage bin on wheels.
Support is pretty bad to say the least and there's no Apple Pay. The company stores credit card information on their servers (how safely our data is stored can only be guessed at)...
I gave them 3 stars because they were amazing once upon a time and deserve credit for their history, but the fact is that the app today barely deserves a single star.
