New updat not working well with other application please check
New updat not working well with other application please check its opening with whats up busniss not the normal whats up and other application , cause some countries don't have whats up

Horrible update and service
The bank claims that you can activate cards via the application however there is no longer that option (old version you could do this easily). Calling the bank is stupid you go through a series of automated menus only to finally reach the desired option to have the operator tell you to once again go through the menu and input your details. Why doesn’t the system allow this from the start.

Face ID
The face id is not working and the self service icon also not open when pressed in it !
Why there is no rename or editing for the account if i have many accounts if there is way to edits the accounts name or add nick name so i can know each account is what I rename it

Version 5.2.10 (issues)
This version, released on Feb 9 does not connect to NBK when my phone is on wifi. But on 5G it works fine. I hope it’s fixed soon. Thank you.

Bank statement
Why are you the only back in Kuwait that doesn’t provide online bank statements on the application?? I had to pay 28 KD today for getting my bank statement from your branch. I understand you’re trying to make money but 20 deeper page is a bit much. I am seriously considering switching banks.

Reporting a bug
Whenever I launch the app, exit it and return in a few minutes, I get a notification saying, “ The app has detected a potential security threat on this device. For your protection, the app will close.”
