Nice new look
The screens are new and looking good. Some of the functions are better and easier to use. One bad thing is they took out my transfer list, and now I have to do it through my laptop. 4/5 stars. Keep up the good work.Crimsonnn66

Issues with account history
Fingerprint login is an amazing feature. Initially there were problems when transferring money between my own accounts (which I assume was fixed with the update). Now I am having trouble viewing the history of my account. The app is only showing transactions made in the last 11 days.Mayngel86
Very good App
I am very impressed with the last version,
It's above the chart in the local market, so of the ideas which you can consider for future and which I have seen in international banking Apps:
1- being able to add a note on some transactions to remember it's nature
2- being able to download bank statements on excel from you Iphone or iPad without the need to do it from your computer

Almost Perfect NBK !
This version is the best till now it runs better than before , finally they fixed some bugs and crashes , I like that it supports apple watch and it runs fine execpt it's a bit slow .
Why Four stars ?. I think they should get a new design for the app and support touch ID , If they done that it will be the best banking app i've ever used.

Needs work
Dear app developer, you really should pay attention to the user reviews, the app needs work and the UI design needs to be updated especially pay attention to allowing end user to personalize their preferences and one more thing UPDATE THIS APP TO INCLUDE FINGERPRINT ID sign in. ThanksBLTF
iOS 9 problem
Its a great app , the last update solved the iPhone 6 compatibility , but with iOS 9 it stretched out again.Shishtari
iPhone 6 Compatibility
Great app overall and a lot of features are provided within the app. My main issue is that the app UI in general looks Stretched in order to fit the larger resolution of the iPhone 6. This problem was resolved with the latest update for the app. But it came back again whe I upgraded my iOS to the 9th version. Perfect update, but there only one issue
I like this update with all new look, the only problem is that you cannot access the "own transfer service". Please, fix it as soon as possible.photodology
