Very good.
Just one little thing, please add a box for “additional information” to be used when making transfers between own accounts. I really think this “box” is a must !
Currently, I am frequently logging to online on the website just for this “box” !!!

We have face recognition and Touch ID available, which is very secure on its own, why the hell would you change the login process to include more questions and writing.

When users don’t log in for two months the security system requires a new password in order to access the account, this system should be removed or be optional for users who want this option. Again I find this adding to the complexity of the app and not being user friendly.Long way before it becomes a usable app
This application is supposed to make the banking experience easier and more convenient. Unfortunately, it doesn't. From user experience to security measures. Many improvements are possible. I suggest consulting experts in UX design.
