Worse banking app in Kuwait
When of the worse banking apps in Kuwait, always issues and runs slow and sometimes the app shutdown and close by itself !!

Weak performance

Performance is very weak, and the app crashes all the time you can't even complete a log in

Last version always crashes and not smooth
I am wondering how come the first bank in Kuwait has this App, crashes , not smooth and credit card transactions not up to date!!!

NBK please copy KFH or Bobyian App, I don’t think that you have capability to do your own.

استغرب كيف يكون البرنامج الخاص باول و اغنى بنك في لكويت بهذ الضعف !!! انهيار البرنامج دائمآ ، ليس سهل الاستخدام و عمليات ت البطاقة الائتمانية تحتاج الى يومين للتحديث

انصح بنسخ برنامج بيت التمويل او بوبيان ، فلا اعتقد بوجود الكفاءات المطلوبة لعمل برنامج منافس للأسف.

its crazy how this bank can never make their app work. even just a simple verification message to my email wont work. You take all this money from your customers and you cant make a simple app work. its 2022 nbk you need to sort your stuff out its really unacceptable. and also just to change my number for verification i need to call the bank. have you ever thought about people who are overseas. simple stuff. please make an app that works. its ok to learn from other banks. thank you and have a good day.

Too many bugs
Needs to be updated, as it has too many bugs and logs out by itself. Moreover, it is very slow.

Slow
The app is slow i can barely login
And please disable the location thing where it won’t even let me login unless i am not moving i try to open it in the car and it fails to do so
