I could access the app up until this last update. Now it crashes before I can even open it. Please fix this ASAP. People need access to their accounts during quarantine.Dina Naser
Ok but recent update lost biometric fingerprint access
It’s ok, the biometric recognition to be used as a password alternative is an excellent feature. It’s best used to avoid inserting the actual password especially when logged on public wifi, like hotels. Etc. However, it would be better if the following improvement are added:
1- make the prepaid cards to show permanently like the other cards and accounts without having to press on it to show them as a drop down menu.
2- to show the amount of money on hold in the prepaid credit cards and to which company.
3- when searching the previous transfers, please make the details and information which were added when the transfers were made available.Show lessSherry_Al

Wants to track your location even when you’re not using the app
This app is trying to force us accepting its ALWAYS ON location tracking feature. Typically, other apps have this feature as optional, but with this one? it seems like a requirement!

Face ID - Password
Sounds like crazy when i make a transfer it asks for the password, why you guys not add Face ID feature for making transfers, you already add it on login. Try to add it on transfer area.
Second point i have some added beneficiaries i am not allowed to make a transfer due to message ( that you cant send to 2 character long beneficiary name! What about if i want send money to xxxxxx Co. ?Show lessComoTrip.com

Switching to another bank they ask me to make password and every time i make it. It says that my password doesn’t match their policy I tried thousand times still says the same thing 😡😡😡👎🏻👎🏻M7life
