Easy to use

I don’t know why people are leaving bad reviews? This is the best you can get for free service? I am a website developer, I seen to see that this app have everything that we need from credit card processing to online transaction.

Always Disconnects

This is a frustrating app to use as it signs you out after 2-3 minutes of use. Having to log in and reconnect to the reader every time you want to ring a sale causes unnecessary delays.

Connection

Would be a great tool if a little work was put into it. Connection works great some days then other days I can’t get it to connect. It may say connected but then I try to run a card and it says “no reader found”. Pretty embarrassing standing in front of a customer and my equipment that I pay dearly for does not work.

Help

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and I downloaded the app but the app won’t open.

Stopped working

Stopped working after I updated my phone and didn’t offer any solutions on the app after refusing to let me log in. Just says no, leaving me looking dumb in front of customers having to call in for payment.

INACCURATE INFO

Each time I launch the app it notes that it is the most current information however it is not communicating any activity in process. Meaning anything that has been initiated that is unsettled, pending, or settled indicated on the website portal is not indicated in the app. I have deleted the app and reinstalled logged in again nothing seems to correct the situation. I would definitely love to have the two in sync with one another as they have been in the past which would immediately allow me to give a five star rating.

So many issues, it’s hurting our business

This app along with the card reader they sell for mobile transactions has been quite difficult and kind of more of a pain than it’s worth. When it works it’s fine but 3/4 times there is an error of some sort usually from the card reader.

We’ve spent hours with their support team who basically told us that the card reader needs to be 100% charged at all time for it to work properly… not very mobile for a mobile card reader. They also only warranty the card reader for 30 days, even though it’s $130. We’ve talked to other merchants with Shopify which uses the same card reader that’s $50 and works well.

They also told us that our main problem with connectivity was that other Bluetooth devices may be interfering and that we need to ask people around us to turn their Bluetooth off! Really?! When we are at events of course other people will have card readers and Bluetooth on. There’s seem to work so why not ours.

Not very good

Crashes all the time. If you try to download the template for inventory you get stuck on that page, only way out is the close the app. There’s no way to download the template. Should be able to download to PC or laptop and them upload.

Dog poo

This is single handedly the worst operating system I’ve ever used, half of the “settings” don’t do anything. I have to log in several times for each transaction regardless of the “remember me” option at login. I wish zero 0 stars were possible cause this is absolute garbage”

Nice Try

I find this a very difficult app to work with. I have attempted to enter data under the catalog management page. It does not work. It doesn’t allow me to go to the ad page on any of the categories departments or items. I’ve use the chat function and called support. No one seems to have an answer. It would also be very helpful if this app was able to scan the credit card in as others do.
