Lacks functionality + efficiency

: it constantly logs me out which is frustrated when I’m at an event and there is a line of customers. If im only using the tablet or phone for transactions (meaning I’m leaving the app open) then it should perform efficiently and it doesn’t. Having to log back in is time consuming when I have customers in front of me.

as a merchant i should be able to create a catalogue so I don’t have to constantly physically enter a product name and corresponding price. This is also time consuming.

Needs lots of improvements!

Horrible app

I would rather use my old slide imprint machine to do credit cards. Where is the forgot password button?

No way to see invoices or pending transactions. Not sure why there is even an app? It has zero utility!

When I was originally contacted by the sales representative I was told that my funds will be processed and deposited the next business day IProcessed a payment on 9 November it is now 15 November’s and I still have not got my $546 payment can’t get anyManagers or supervisors or even the sales representative that pitched such amazing deal to me to call me back I have been calling for days I am ready to contact an attorney in regards to this I feel like they are scammers and I highly suggest you do not use this company

Stay away!

App doesn’t work from day one. Card reader never connected.

Expected more

From a company that I pay annually and per transaction. Not motivating to remain a customer. Exploring alternatives.

What’s the point to install the app if you can’t see transaction history

When I login to my account in the app, you DON’T see any information about my account. What’s the point to install the app? Worst app I have ever used!

App crash continuously

Today I downloaded, enter was easy, I give the ok to the terms and conditions... but it crashes constantly. I can’t get to know the complete app because it keeps shutting down, I already uninstalled and reinstalled again and it keep doing the same think.

Always end up processing manually

I can never seem to get the device to connect. it says connected but it doesn’t register. I have to enter everything manually! so frustrating that I have to pay more for this.
