Trash app

This is without a doubt the worst app I’ve ever used. Crashes whenever we try to print a receipt. Logs us out in the middle of a transaction. Only compatible with three or four specific printers. The one we have is over $300 and loses Bluetooth connectivity all the time. I can’t see my company using their services for very long. They’re fees are cheaper than a lot of companies, but you pay for it in the end.

Horrible App.

Try using for my business. It works half of the time and feels very outdated.

Card reader not working properly

The biggest issue so far is that I can use card reader for a while, but next day, when continuing to use, it tells card reader reading failed. I thought that was something wrong for the card reader but later on I found it’s not. There is something wrong in your app. The app shows the card reader is connected but actually they are not connected. There is no way to remove the connected device (actually not connected), so there is no way to connect the reader to make it work. My solution is remove the app from my iPhone, and then connect to the reader. Then it works... Really frustrated... also, there are some other issues.. 1. No way to show the total sales for the day; 2. No options to send receipts by text message. Other than that, functionality, it’s working good if I only key in the card info. You can have 5 star if the above issues can be solved.

Cmon guys. This app really does not inspire confidence at all. In fact it’s a bit scary.

Clunky but effective

It’s a little hard around the edges aesthetically, but that’s the worst. Functionally it’s sufficient, but a little lag over cellular is expected. I do like that I can use my phone, tablet, or laptop to complete transactions. The reader options leave a lot to be desired, and are over priced IMO; especially when manually entering the info is as easy as a few keystrokes. I don’t know what the cost to transact is, as I am an employee and just use the app, but if it doesn’t charge I would give it 5*’s

Needs A LOT of work

You guys are dealing with thousands of businesses and your app looks like a scam app. I don't even get notifications when someone purchases on my website. And when they do it doesn't tell me if it's settled or unsettled til the next day. There are no graph charts to tell you YTD or MOY, nothing. For hosting our businesses you guys should definitely make things easier for us to see our business numbers and give us notification
