Love it

But i wish we will get more features with better design

No delete option and bulk upload is a joke

The only reason why I’m using the card reader is because our company already is using Authorize for other sales transactions. Otherwise I’d be using Square.

There are many issues with this app but the most frustrating is adding and editing Sales Items.

What I don’t understand is how an app would allow you to upload items but NOT give you the option to DELETE!

It is the worst user experience.

The update to delete items need to happen soon.

Not user friendly

Developer replies to reviewers but does nothing to fix the app.

Definitely not Square

Needs work, doesn’t allow you to stay logged in for very long. No way to print out a list or download your products or services, issues with uploading photos just to name a few.

1990s App From a Billion Dollar Company

Authorize needs to take a look around and see what their competition is doing and catch up.

This app is a disgrace with its horrid design, lack of Touch ID security, etc.

Also their website is very much stuck in the past. Seriously, higher a UX/Designer and make something nice to look at and easy to use.

Works as it should

Great app I do recommend this to anyone needing cc billing ability outside the office

Half Baked

Won’t let you upload the CSV no matter what platform.

Keeps giving error messages

I’m losing money with this app. Cards aren’t going through since the update and it gives a weird error message that isn’t a decline. So frustrating! I don’t have time to keep running the card!

Not so hot

This app is not good. The company offers terrible support and they make you change your login password seemingly monthly, and you can’t change them from the app. You just get a message that your login failed, and then you have to try to figure out why. Wish I had stayed with CloverGo - higher rates, but at least the app worked smoothly.

The app won’t let you capture a transaction without a invoice number. But there is not pace to type the invoice number.
