My login and password does not work here

My login and password work fine with my computer, however it’s not possible to login with this app

We recently changed to your company about a month ago. Your employer who set up the account with us was very professional and respectful to us. So far everything has been good

Good but

App is nice and cool idea but you cannot edit the Catalog online on a Computer and you cannot delete any information stored on the catalog I have created a extra category I don’t need anymore and I cannot remove it at all, Please ADD THIS FEATURE AND ILL RATE IT BETTER!!!

Don’t rely on it

Installed, have had to restart repeatedly to get it to communicate with the card reader they sold me to use with it. Freezes when looking for firmware updates. Even after pairing and enabling the chip reader, still asks you which reader you want to use, but the selection list is empty.

Basic QA would be nice, guys. There’s no excuse for this!

Extremely horrible

Don’t use these people find yourself a merchant company that uses their own waste of money

Doesn’t reliably work

Transactions are fast when app is working but it frequently logs me out when barely any time has passed since logging in. It also has a hard time connecting to card readers and frequently fails transactions when nothing is wrong with card. It’s frustrating

Kicks me out

Keeps kicking me off of the app. Very difficult!

Could improve a lot

As a non-profit we collect donation and seat reservations at events. For donations, it would be nice to setup an item with zero amount but allowed to enter a variable amount when selected. Right now we have to add a Quick item, type Donation and then amount. It add so much time if you have to process 200 people.

I would like to echo the comment of another reviewer - we want to require certain things for transactions - address, phone, or email. It would be nice to have a custom field where we could enter an invoice or pledge number.

Using phone App Without Reader (iPhone 7 plus)

This app is good as long as you don’t care if you have the billing address of the card. We service locations and use the shipping for the services location but there is no option to enter the billing address.

The other problem is, when I contacted customer service to direct me to the “Shipping Field” I was told the phone app doesn’t have the option, which I found on my own by turning on the options in settings. I then told the customer service rep” by online Acct customer service” they should not this for the next customer asking the same question.

Overall, the app serves its purpose!

Used for events and rarely works

Multiple times where I’ve had to use this app for company events, the reader has not worked. I have to manually input card numbers and it takes time. I’m rarely sure if it accepts it upon authorization. Also, it’s not great for iPhone Xs because the home swipe-up overlays the “0” on the # pad (“oops, sorry, one moment, ma’am”). The app functions are not very intuitive and we actually have to endure a mini training session every time on how to use it. For example, illogically select the “grayed out” area to enter the dollar amount. Not a great app. I wish my company would find an alternative.
