Gorgeous update, new features
New sliders, toggle buttons add to an already beautiful layout. The ability to link to another app is awesome. This update adds to my ability to sell even more RTI set ups. Very impressive!
useless with new iPad air
Lack of upgrade for OS7 make it useless when you change iPad for new one. It simply does not see the network.

We do this for a living and this is our "go to" system. Some people may be upset because the software to program it is only available to professional installers. And believe me that's what it takes. We have a couple guys who do this full time. I'm even a certified programmer and rely on my guys to handle the programming for me. You cannot beat RTI for the money!!!

iPhone 5??
Great but needs an update for iPhone 5 plz.
Rti panel
I had this software professionally programmed/installed by our AV home network and home theater technicians on my iPad as an additional option to using the RTI wireless remote. It works like great at control long and operating multiple media center components. Love It!
Reliable Home Automation App Works Great With RA2 & DSC
I've been installing & programming remotes for years and this new automation app make installing a cool system a lot cheaper. You can fully customize everything in the graphics which means you can use your personal photos for your background & create your own buttons. Once downloaded the customer has nothing to worry about because the iPhone & iPad automatically resync. I have even programmed an iPad1 & it has worked great. The remote access is also a plus with the security,lighting & HVAC.
5-13 Review Update
I have now installed over 15 RTI panel systems & all I can say is all my clients are happy and I am now doing more AV work than ever. This app when it is programmed right & installed with good Wifi coverage is the best & easiest way for my homeowners to control their house. Also my RA2 systems actually work better from my RTI app than they do from the Lutron App. If you are doing a DSC security system you can control it remotely even without a monitoring contract. Now that's COOL!

Junk Squared
I totally agree with "Junk" that this program is garbage. We frequently have to press buttons four and five times to get the command to work. It is slow to start and shut down and full of problems. We are going back to using the good old fashioned remote which is quicker and more reliable than this crappy system. Don't waste your money on it.

Nice App - however....
You'd think with the iPhone 5 release almost 6 months ago, the developer would update the app to take advantage of the larger screen.
Crestron step up your game up!!!!!!!!!
I program Crestron programmer as well as RTI and this app will keep the customer calling you back for more upgrades. Unlike Crestron mobile G, RTI app stay on the network keeping the customer connected at all times. Thanks RTI, this was well worth the wait :)

This app is the best on the market. The people that give it poor reviews are uninformed or mislead! You do need a professional to make it work.
