Rti remote panel
Downloaded the app only to find out I had to pay an additional license fee to use it. The rti web site does not state this at all, very misleading. You would think that since the customer has already spent the money on hardware they would add it in as a bonus or at least state the fee clearly on their web site and avoid this confusion.

Long overdue
While it'll take a bit of time to fully test and score on our end, I've still rated the app 5-stars for just finally being available.
It's difficult to convince a client that they're investing in a great product when it's taken this long for the app to be available vs. competing products and platforms.
However, if it's as intuitive to use for our end-users as the handheld devices, it'll be worth having!
It's with great anticipation that I'll be able to program the app and control my devices with our much-touted iPhone/iPod/iPad hardware. Finally we'll have an integration solution that works with the Mac-Mini based solutions we provide our clients without having to shuffle back between a discrete apple product and a traditional RTI handheld device. Also worth mentioning is that by having this app, we'll effectively be able to reduce the hardware costs to our users.

RTI has hit a homerun with this app!
I'm an RTI dealer and a year in waiting was worth the wait. So far I have a few devices on my system (Directv and blu-ray player) programed and working great. This app is fast and looks fantastic. I am looking forward to completing my system design and moving on to designing for my clients, they are going to love it. Great job RTI.

Been waiting for a while, and was well worth it. Looks like we finally have a flashy state-of-the-art app, to compliment RTI's bulletproof control systems. Thank you RTI!
