I cannot check in using this app. It’s full of bugs and issues. No one has ever tested this application.

Useless app and website. Can’t search for flights at all. It has always been a nightmare to contact them or use their app. Not even sure why they made it in the first place. 不是一般的烂啊！找不到航班，什么都搜索不到的，有个app有啥用？打电话去订位也是很麻烦，完全不像其他航空公司几分钟全部搞定。HonestyAlways0000
cant check in
I read Chinese and still cannot check in. They only give you one chance to pick your seats, if you want to change it after, you will lose your picked seat, locked out, and no way of re checking in. Poor app, absolutely abysmal.Veketer

Dreadful app.
Unfortunately this app is not up to International standards. It is impossible to go into your file to select a seat without a mysterious 11 digit telephone number... they ask for a Surname and a Last Name as if it is two different things when it would take a second to any English speaking person to spot the issues or any traveller to test the app.

Useless, terrible app
I dont have enough words to say how terrible this app!!! It downloads in chinese, after struggling for an hour to change it in English, I couldn’t pull up my itinerary. It shows how careless this airlines about customer service.xrobin18
Couldn’t find an English option
