App doesn’t support tickets bought in official china southern global website
the app is very hard to use, i can see my journey details because it doesn’t support tickets that bought in official china southern international website

This and the site are pretty buggy.
English version hard to find
To get it, go to the home tab (the far left tab of the 3 at the bottom). Then on the top left corner there is a very faint and small grey button you can press to change the language to English.
Not in Chinaes
We need in English version
Incompatible with Wallet
So far there is no way adding the card into wallet.
Great Service
The iphone app should be Full English version.
( some areas of the app is still in Chinese language).

Getting better
The online system was hard to use, but now improving. Availability of award flights is very good. Now easy to order.
Useless
Essentially useless unless you speak Chinese as all directions are in characters, unable to find a way to translate to English (though I think there is a way). Not worth the trouble as other reviewers say you can't check in anyway...
Really slow app
Poor quality app need to design from good software er and change their servers location look like they in poor country soo slow to response
Hard to use
Not only the mobile app, the online system of southern China airline are extremely hard to use for years and years without much improvement. Had online experience with other global airlines and very good experience.
