Essentially useless unless you speak Chinese as all directions are in characters, unable to find a way to translate to English (though I think there is a way). Not worth the trouble as other reviewers say you can't check in anyway...Vetgrrl

Hard to use
Not only the mobile app, the online system of southern China airline are extremely hard to use for years and years without much improvement. Had online experience with other global airlines and very good experience.Joeventus

App is useless. Using English version. Firstly I don't have a Chinese mobile number, app doesn't recognize my eTicket, my name or anything really.
