  • Carona can’t keep me from my UK Goodhousekeeping

For the last 20 years, my husband and I lived between London, Luxembourg and the US. Religiously I always scheduled at least an overnite to London once a month to get my Good Housekeeping and 2 other UK magazines. We recently retired and moved back to the US full time though my husband still went back for business 4 times a year. The only thing I ever asked him to bring me back were my UK magazines. Now that we are grounded and can’t fly for awhile, I broke down and subscribed to the online version. I really didn’t think I would be happy with it since I am old fashioned but I must admit, I look forward to receiving it every month. Actually it’s the highlight of my month during these strange locked down times. There are no magazines in the US that compare. This magazine has assorted content and is one of the few magazines not geared to 30, 40 or 50 year olds but can also be enjoyed by us 60 pluses.
Thank you for this and please don’t stop!
  • New issue is not downloading

My app has suddenly stopped showing me the latest issue. Have tried contacting customer service and have not had any help with this. Just auto renewed my 3 month subscription and now not receiving latest issue.
  • Paid but can't read the magazine

Did everything they said to do...log in, delete app, restore purchases...still can't read what I paid for. Shame on Good Housekeeping...this app would NOT get their seal of approval!
  • Really bad!

I am having trouble downloading my purchased items. The fact that I cannot download the items I bought over a year which included d some very special editions is annoying to say the least. I have decided to delete the app until it gets better. I paid good money for these special editions and I don't see why I have to suffer because I change my iPad. I suggest you find a way to rectify this. I have magazines that go back over 3 years and they are all special; so this do ant make any sense to me!
  • ICON REMOVAL

i did NOT ask for the app; it just appeared on my news stand...now i cannot remove it. if the guy who said we are all stupid reads this review, please tell us all how to delete the app!
one reviewer is right; the app IS free, but i constantly have an UPDATE REQUIRED !BIG RED NOTICE ON MY INITIAL PAGE!
if you read the "update", it says they are collecting "IMPORTANT INFO" from your phone!
i think some of the "producers" keep slipping in some 5 stars so their "AVERAGE FEEDBACK SCORE" will be higher to deceive people!
I AM GOING TO FIND A WAY TO REPORT THEM! they just made the app appear on my shelf! I DO NOT EVEN LIKE THE MAGAZINE!!!!!
  • Of course the magazines not free.

You people are stupid and ignorant. Also if you can't manage to delete the magazine then youre doing it wrong.
  • Disappearing magazines

I love the magazine and was excited to find that I could subscribe on my new iPhone. I can always find the first volume that my subscription gave me on my "bookshelf" but I also bought a back issue and it doesn't show on my bookshelf. It is a pain to have to go hunting through apps to find it. Is there a way to make this more user friendly?

Don't install this app because it won't let you delete it. I plan to write apple about this and I encourage others to do this as well. Feedback is good but we need to go a step further to get this issue resolved.
  • DON'T INSTALL!!!

It's not free & you're stuck with a big red "update needed" that you can't delete until you pay for it
  • Deceiving

Not free, and why aren't there more selections? This whole newsstand app is a joke.
