Workout missing
The app is good just need to add more workout for each muscle like how I did chest supported but it was not showing in the app
Rest timers
I love this app, I have some suggestions to make the app even better!
I find myself wishing that you were able to change timers based on the template. For example when doing supersets I wish you could lower the rest timers in between exercises from what the auto timer usually is. Another example would be for drop sets. I’d like to be able to remove timers between drop sets but keep them in between regular sets:
Working set
Drop set
Timer
Working set
Drop set
Timer
Etc.
If there could be a setting for this when making templates that would make working out more seamless! (Basically I’d like timers to be able to change automatically throughout exercises without having to manually set them during the workout)
Other than that I love this app and it makes working out much more enjoyable and efficient!

Simple, clear workout tracker
This workout tracker is a great addition to track your workouts and has most of the exercises I do (some forearm exercises, tricep exercises such as unilateral tricep extensions and no variations for cable fly so no possibility to separately track low to high/normal/high to low cable flies) but the interface is very slick and quite easy to use. I’ve found it’s also a very light app (I’ve got an iPhone 15 and in the last 10 days I’ve used it for an hour in total and it’s used about 1% of battery, it was also light on my old iPhone XR, maybe closer to 3% on that for the last 10 days)
I would recommend, now there are other apps that make your own workout for that and if you’re a beginner just wanting good exercises to get you started I wouldn’t get this app as you’re not given any guidance but if you’re intermediate or pretty experienced in going to the gym I might consider this one of the best workout apps

Poor functionality
Has good elements but can’t even do basic things like delete a template if you made one by accident. For a subscription it’s strange that you don’t have more control.
This app is what I was looking for
It took me a while to find an app that is proper. This is the one for serious body builders and athletes that work hard in the gym and do multiple sets of various exercises. It keeps track for you. Good job developers.
The best, most intuitive workout app I’ve ever used.
Period! Clean, simple, intuitive design. Genuinely excellent.
Feature request: make it easier to add/remove exercises from a superset
Update: v6.0 is excellent, fixes all my complaints, thanks for including me in the beta access.

Templates disappearing
My templates keep disappearing!
HEVY is better
Decent app, but it hasn’t been updated in almost a year. HEVY is similar but with more features and is constantly being updated.
great app
gets the job done well and looks good at the same time.
415
I’ve used Strong for 415 workouts. I love the simplicity and consistency. Absolutely the right app for someone who is comfortable designing their own workouts, but still wants a robust lifting tracker.
