Horrible banking app!!!
I’ve been using this bank about a year I didn’t have an issues till a few months ago an unauthorized transaction was made I called the bank and canceled the card I still have not received my new card it’s August this happened in march , after tmr I will be removing all my money out of this and will never ever will return to this lazy place of a bank !! The app is just as bad !!Show lessRidiculous app!!
Terrible bank app
Red River Bank App is terrible!!! I bank with them so therefore I have to use the app, within reason of if it works or not. The app consistently crashes at least once a month on average sometimes 2 and 3 times a month!! Every time I use it I have to wonder is it gonna crash or let me see my balance!?! I love the customer service of the Bank but the app is so horrible!! I have att as a provider and the apple 15 pro max 1 tb, so device and service provider is not an issue!! As well as high speed internet at home and it the app always crashes like clock work. The 1800 number pre say is the best option for checking your accounts!!!!!!!!!!!! Needs work!
Definitely needs work on the deposit check part!! Too many steps to go thru before each check! Not user friendly at all. Everything else seems ok.Jille-O
Good but lacks……
Good app but it lacks the ability to do external transfers, you have to go to their website on the computer. Kinda disappointing that a bank this size does not offer a feature this feature.BDL2864
Intermittent Alert Issues
I’ve had issues for years where I stop getting alerts when a transaction takes place. I found that deleting the app, rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app works for awhile.
Recently I’ve had the longest stretch of the app working flawlessly and now I no longer get alerts. Nothing is helping and I consider this to be one of the more valuable features as I have identified fraudulent transactions in the passed and have been able to address them.Show lessmarknelson71

Why doesn’t this app have card controls ?
The app is Ok . But why do is have to download a separate app for card controls ? I checked the main banking site . You have to download Secure lock equipment app. Why ?? Seriously?! I have to hand another app my information? People have Branch , Leaf , Chime cards with better apps . Get with the times Red River Bank . I’m supposed to be be able to use Card controls on app . It’s never worked . Always your request cannot be processed at this time . 😡 Never Never works .Show lessNliotti

Depends on day, time, weather, if it functions. Phone assistance is poor. They tell you go back to website
