  • Not good, would not recommend

    My brother works here so I was all but forced to use this bank for my car loan, no qualms there bank I’m sure is solid at what they do… but whoever develops the app should lose their job it’s atrocious
  • Never works

    End of May 2021. I’m done with the app. It clearly doesn’t work with Apple interface and I’m tired of wasting my time with my banker having my password reset. Also, when I was able to get on yesterday, I absolutely HATE the new visuals. It’s not intuitive and frankly hurts the eyes. Please go back to how it was a few months ago.

  • New Version Better

    I was disappointed in the previous version because to it so limited. It appears that this newer version is much easier and better than previous. Thus far I would give it 5* and will downgrade if I notice any problems.
  • Glitchy, broken mess

    The only reason I didn’t give the app one star is because when it actually decides to function, it does its job adequately. Otherwise, there are insanely long loading times, functions that are clunky and broken, a very poor user interface, a very laggy navigation system, and enough customization options and help features to count on one hand. Seriously disappointed.

  • How sad!!!

    This app used to work all the time and I loved it. As of lately, I can’t open the app and it never seems to be working correctly. I would constantly have to delete it and install it. I now have to go through the actual website to check on my account which is really inconvenient.
  • App Aggravation

    It was working totally fine with my older iPhone! Now that I’ve upgraded it’s not even downloading correctly. It’s stating that it’s an error and for me to try again later. I’ve been trying since yesterday! It’s really frustrating not being able to check my account from my SMART PHONE!
  • Crashes/ FaceId does not work

    This app is functional IF you can get in to it. It crashes constantly and most of the time does not load at all. Face ID is a sign in option but it probably works 1/10 times. Please spend some time and money to fix this app and make customers happy! This is unacceptable!
  • Let’s be realistic...it’s better than you think

    Full disclosure but I’m both an employee of the bank and an avid user of the mobile banking app. Based on comments and support we’ve provided to customers, the issues outlined tend to be attributed (assuming user has good internet or WiFi access) to whether their mobile device operating system and/or our banking app are updated to the latest version. I’ve experienced the Face ID issue where it stopped working after I updated my iPhone. The solution is either reset security settings in the banking app or to uninstall and reinstall and then turn on Face ID. Let’s be real - larger national banks should have better mobile banking apps than community banks given their respective IT budgets are larger than the asset sizes of most community banks and they have hundreds if not thousands of dedicated IT staff to building and maintaining. That said, our app does what most customers need it to do with additional features such as mobile deposit, card controls, P2P payments, bill pay and digital receipts. And, we have local branches too in case you actually need a human being. Since I’m slightly biased, I’ll just submit an even keel three stars....but it’s better than you think.

    This App is not reliable enough. I constantly have to keep entering my password then it crashes. Sometimes it doesn’t work with my password so I have to create a new one. Delete then reinstall the app at least 3x a day
